I have been to another dispensary down the street and I was very frustrated the way they were running the store. When I went to Ethos I was completely happy with the staff and the set up of the store. Customer service was excellent and the products are wonderful. Shana and Larry were fabulous I've only been twice but both times I had a great experience. Not only did they recommend some great sleep edibles but they answered all my questions and were so friendly. The place is clean and quiet also love that it's all displayed in glass cases so you can see what you're going to be purchasing.

Went today to give simply herb another chance. Haven't bought from there in at least a year. Low and behold they have a 7g Bananaconda slamming. For only 35 it has a great taste for Simply Herb.. I'll go there again for it!

Great location and very friendly staff from the people at the door right up to the bud-tenders. Amazing selection of products, it’s probably 1 of the bigger menus in the area. It was my first time here and I really just came in for a Puffco Peak Travel Glass I couldn’t find anywhere else lol but after signing up for their vip/rewards program and I’m guessing they must’ve also applied the first time customer discount cause it got knocked down from $125 to $85. Their house brand flower Natures Heritage is for the most part really good (strain depending). After this experience I’ll def be back again.

Aside from having phenomenal products, the people there are mental medicine. If I could live there, I would. My experience was magical. If you need medicine and love, this is the place to go!

The staff is also very good at making sure you ordered what you like & will even give you suggestions if they know of something better or a sale etc. that you may like. They'll take as much time as you need, (respectfully). THEY LISTEN TO THE CUSTO.ERS!! New product has come around. Whether it's REV or Guest Cultivar, THEY ORDERED!!! I have been fortunate enough to experience a hand full of different dispensaries in different states and i can say this is by far the best in Illinois! Great staff! Awesome product selection! Great prices! And patient employees with manners which is there most precious resource. They always offer great deals and you can tell they are run by good hearted people. last but not least they have a great set up here, i mean great!!! Friendly staff willing to talk with you about the best products for what you want, although in store pick up option is nice if you already know what you want. Decent prices and deals if you check often enough.
