I currently live in Missouri. I am originally from Lisbon Falls. that don't matter. what does, is that this dispensary was clean, orderly, with exceptionally friendly staff. the quality of products was good. I travel a lot and I can say, this is by far one of my favorites

Best shop around with the nicest budtenders out there. The selection is top notch. The building is clean and inviting. I know I have gotten anxiety just sitting in some waiting rooms but firelands is very professional and condition business as so. My go to shop and have never let me down. Great deals everyday of the week.

I ordered here because for one reason or another, all my other favorite spots were either closed for the day or out of what I wanted and WOW was that ever a happy accident! I'm a bit out of the way for these folks over here in Falmouth, but I called and they answered all my questions and said they could deliver to me, no worries! I decided to go all in on the White Label gummies because I have a high tolerance and I need to see what kind of mileage I can get from $25/500mg. I prefer pectin gummies to gelatin gummies for taste, but I'll eat either. These vegan gummies are the best gummies I've ever tasted by a mile and they slap like a salty step-parent. I absolutely recommend these to any patients looking for a solid high-dose edible option, these are a steal for the price and imo they're one of the best gummies around for flavor and texture. I also got a freebie nug of some Kush Mints that looks/smells like the stuff of dreams. I can literally smell it through the mylar, we're talkin' noise complaint loud! FWIW, I'm a disabled patient w/ accessibility needs this company was happy to accommodate. Thank you, I'm sure I'll be back!

I have worked in the cannabis feild for a very long time, so I have become super picky, "finicky" As you will. This place is like home as soon as you walk in. I will drive out of my way and past about 8 other dispensaries just to come here. The staff is so sweet,caring, great listeners, and full of so much knowledge. Its always heart warming to walk into a business where they remember your name, ask how your family/kids are doing and best of all once they get to know you and your style they will help you find new strains that work better then your normal "go to" I just cant say enough great things about this place. Its even amazing to see the owner working and greeting the customers aswell.

I've been meaning to write a review for a while but just am getting to it. I give this store 5 stars simply because of the customer service alone. Simple check in process, where everyone I've talked to has greeted me with kindness and information on what to do next. When walking into the store, employees are always helpful and ready to assist. I will say specifically, I am always impressed about one individuals customer service. I'm not sure if she is Curaleaf Newark manager or assistant manager but I believe her name is Maddie. And if this is not correct spelling then I do apologize but she's the woman with black bangs and star wars tattoos. She absolutely excels at speaking to people with respect and walks every customer through the buying process and/or the next steps on how to pay on the card reader. What's good about an employee like her is that other employees see the standard that she sets and very easily creates a culture with in store that brings customers back. If possible, I'd suggest giving her a raise on top of all the good work she is already doing for the company. At the end of the day I never went out and picked a specific location to buy my THC products until now. Newark location has absolutely won my business and I'll be back many more times. - T.R. I am always treated wonderfully. The budtenders are always so helpful and if they don't know they ask for help. My favorite place. I drive 30min and there are 4 within 10 minutes.

Just had my second experience with this business after I said I wouldn't and I'm very happy about how it all turned out. I wasn't happy with a product and Jolene wanted to make sure she made it right with me even if it meant driving another 150 miles.....thank you! I overreacting and If anything I'm guilty of being a bit harsh and quick too judge and my sincerest apology. Customer service was and is excellent and would definitely do business with them again.

Absolutely love coming in and talking to the crew. Love the relaxed, bright atmosphere and being able to talk and figure out what's gonna be best that week bc my favorite strains are o.o.s... Plus, fun chances to earn free mmj is always fun for any one. The Grab bags are always fun to pick. Definitely worth the money and time to come in. The product and the Employees are always worth it, they're always looking for better, and pulling product that doesn't meet their standards.

I live just around the corner and this proximity lulled me into taking Smooth Remedies for granted as a local small dispensary among the ever growing herd of chain dispensaries everywhere in Maine. Mistake! This place is a find, from owner young yet knowledgeable Mike, to his affordable high quality products and well organized pleasant dispensary. His alternative to so called high potency tinctures like Thc-B, or P, or now foolishly illegal O, (all bought from highly reputable on line lab tested outlet) was a generic 10mg per mL tincture which for this aged and highly experienced user was at least equally as potent for positive mood, relaxation, pain relief at the lower!! less costly of the two potencies he offers!!!

I’ve never had a bad experience here. Some tenders are better than others but they are always friendly and take time to listen. Highly recommend.

This is my preferred dispensary. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. The two shop dogs are awesome as well! Earth Keeper has lots of variety, you're guaranteed to find something you enjoy. I also love that I can trust that everything is grown organically. No nasty chemicals!
