I was in beyond hello 7-18-25 and the CSR at the window Caeden was his name and he found me exactly what I was looking for. He was very helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable of the product Beyond Hello had. The woman at register 5 that day took very good care of me treated me very nice was very helpful and friendly.

Every single time I visit this location I am always greeted very warmly. The staff here are all fantastic people and very knowledgeable in their field!

I had the help I needed to find the perfect flower i needed with the help of Chelsea. She helped me find the exact terps in the right amount for me. I learned a lot and hope to learn more from her next time. She made me feel like I was talking to a friend.

People be so sensitive to the wrong things. Pay attention to how things are and it speaks for itself. I enjoy coming to this location although the experience is way different than the Cali one I visited. This isn't all that bad, but you can see the room for so much improvement, which is good. All in all, awesome place all around.

They made it very easy from start to finish and gave me a 20% discount on my first time order….I’m over 65 and this helped a lot. I also got a defective ( go figure) disposable vape and they made it super easy to return it. Lots of product on the menu which is also a bonus…PA meds are still way too high……but they do run specials and I think they have a 10% discount for seniors~

I was waited on by Megan. It doesn't matter who waits on you because service is always exceptional! Megan made sure I got all my discounts and easily processed the order. It's never a long wait time. If you're early enough, there are discounted specials. My go-to dispensary!

Last Friday I went to Trulieve too pick up an order,and man were they busy. I got AWESOME help from a PRICELESS SET OF SUPER LADIES !! Trulieve tarpon springs always friendly staff and seem to have good stock compared to some busier locations that may run out fast of things like minis. Very helpful staff, my last visit I had a complicated order and had to change out a few things and Jodi took care of everything while still making me feel like she was happy to help.
