my wife and i have shopped here for the last year, very friendly,professinal and very good product, very good prices and quality.

We came to Durango back in 2019 and meet Dave. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to share his knowledge with us. We came back to Durango (2025) and retuned to Mountain Annie’s hoping to see him again. To our delight he was there with the same friendly smile and helpful attitude. I just wanted to take a moment to say how much we appreciated his helpfulness and great smile

I like my bud tender. She was amazing very understanding and listened to what I needed. Showed me all the different Tempe of products. Needles to say I finally slept after 3 days of travel. Thanks again.

I thought that I needed to spend millions of dollars on a spaceship..... Turns out you can buy yourself an ounce for less than 100 bucks at the Homestead and that got me just as high..... soak on that one for a bit .......

This is the best dispensary in Eagle County. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. We have had Christian as our bud tender more than once. He is very knowledgeable and can explain what each portion of a strain will do for you.

Raymond, Darin, and Mr. Chico are stellar crew. I always ask for the most aromatic/pungent strains, and they never disappoint. Lots of flavor, majority of the strains pack a punch with only 1 good hoot, leaving you set for most of the day. For those that are worried about quality, I’ve had every ash come out white as snow, so the grow certainly has a handle on things. They seem to carry a lot of ‘In House Genetics’, which I am now becoming a fan of myself. Thank you for all you folks do, and a thank you to Mr. Rodriguez.

Great prices, product, and staff. Not sure what the guy below was looking for, but their hash was on point. They had Craft, Yeti, Apothecary, and Harmony extracts on their shelf, and were running a 3 for $33 special on their Blue Dream wax. The fact that the place is an old diner just added to the ambiance.

What an incredible perfect little dispensary!!! Super knowledgeable staff who were beyond accommodating and welcoming, never felt uncomfortable from the moment I walked in the door. Competitive prices, something for everyone, and by far the absolute best part of all is the fact they give back 70% to the community. If I’m going to be spending my money anyways, I’d rather know it’s at least going back into my own community. I can’t say enough about how awesome this is and how I’ve never ever seen this done anywhere else period. This is definitely my new go to spot, try them out and I promise it’ll be your new go to as well.

On February 15 my wife and I happened to come in at Happy Hour and had the most wonderful visit with the Budtender of Budtenders, Jay. She was so enjoyable & totally made our drive from Henderson WAY worth it! I also really loved talking terps & strains with her. I love this place it’s alway’s nice they have a drive through and now they have strawberry cheese cake and coffee best place ever so thankful for them there like family love the people love the professionalism love them! They are fucking rockstars also if you don’t have a lot of money they have great deal’s with a point system love that also! Like I said they are family thankful for them and there service! Always nice educated sweet budtenders!

Never had a bad experience with this business! The staff is excellent, the selection is vast and always stocked. They’ve made some new additions to their team recently and everyone has been great! But to mention the old reliables, Joe is almost always my delivery driver and keeps great communication beforehand! I’ve had a couple issues with their card machine not liking my house, and I really appreciate the patience Joe has shown while I’m trying to figure it out. This dispensary has a forever customer in me!!
