By far the best customer service and products in colorado. The customer service is beyond top notch ryan is the man he always asks how im feeling and what I want to feel from all products from lotion to edibles. The team there never fail to amaze me and they even have dog treats. Michael was well informed, patient and helpful. I was looking for an anti inflammatory salve, and he suggested a product by Dahlia called MaryJane. He carefully went over the alternatives, pricing and uses. There was no sales pressure, and he offered his further advice if we needed more information. I would go back anytime.

This place is the most legit spot in Telluride, top notch service and products. I have to say that the few bad reviews have to be for the dispensary next door. They are incredibly rude next door, but trust me Delilah's staff is incredibly friendly, and all the product is tasty and clean.

Not sure of the gentlemans name, but he is always helpful, we kind of clashed the first time we met at the store, but since then he has always been extremely helpful and kind. I was in today around 2:00-2:30. He has earned his 5-star review.

We came back to Durango (2025) and retuned to Mountain Annie’s hoping to see him again. To our delight he was there with the same friendly smile and helpful attitude. Russel, and the other staff here too are really great people, and excellent bud tenders! I can walk in with a budget and they give me a great deal to fill it. You can be totally honest about what you want from your high and they’ll hook you up. I’m a really big fan of their indicas and hybrids. The place is a little inconvenient to pull into, but if you’re walking from the bus stop you’ll have a short trip. I’m a long term customer and never had a real complaint, ever! They deserve a little raise. ;)
