I have been a customer here since they opened. My wife is very ill and has very weird needs cannabis wise. Cassidy has taken extra time to run down the best product and application to help my girl. Wonderful Variety, Super cool staff, and Beautiful store. My favorite shop in town and love spending Fridays after work going in. This was my first dispensary and while I’ve branched out this is the one I’m the most comfortable here.

I love walking into this place! So nice and clean - not creepy and dingy like so many off island places. There is always something new to try and a great variety from all over Washington. Sean doesn't carry anything he can't personally endorse so I know the product will certainly meet MY expectations. The best part about this pot shop - they care that I have a great pot experience. They don't just want to sell me something - they want me to enjoy my purchase and come back and tell them what I thought about it. Can't say how much I love this place. Any pot lover visiting Orcas should definitely swing in here and meet Sean and the crew. Wide variety of products including local NWC which used to be my favorite - but I'm personally hooked on Noble or DNA gardens now. Love this store! Very kind, knowledgeable staff that have a plethora of details about every producer, processor and strain. Very helpful for trying to find a specific feel within your price range. Love that they only work with farms that practice green, pesticide free farming practices, and that they take a focus to smaller farms, local grows and people who came over from WA’s medical days. I enjoy coming to this store multiple times a week!

It's simple. 1. They have the best selection of concentrates in the area, including Olympia. 2. They have friendly, knowledgeable staff who don't make you feel rushed. 3. They have the coolest vibe! That's enough for me! Five stars!

Love these guys! I always get great service from friendly staff. I wish the selection could be better, but it's an isolated location with a small local population, so I suppose it wouldn't make much sense to stock it the same way you would a shop on the mainland.

Budtenders are super helpful and friendly, great selection of bud, concentrates, and edibles, and super cheap prices - concentrate grams for $10! Unbelievably awesome!! This is my go-to dispensary!

My wife is critically ill. I have been driving these guys crazy running down the right strains for her multiple conditions. I go to only two weed stores and this is one of them. Super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, I absolutely love this place.

I have been shopping at 420 Grand Central for almost two years now. Everyone is friendly but not everyone that works there is knowledgeable of the products they are selling. I had to shop in the store last week instead of shopping on line first and then driving there to pick it up. I wanted a specific strain and the gal told me they didn't have it. I did notice that a lot of the strains are in the wrong cabinets. For instance, you have Pamelina in the sativa cabinet and it's a Indica Dominant strain at 60/40. They also have Pablo Escobar in the Sativa cabinet and it's a 50/50 Hybrid. So I think the strain I was looking for was probably in the wrong cabinet and I was told they didn't have any. I went home and went directly to their online menu and guess what...I found the strain I was looking for. Unfortunately, I had to go to work and didn't have time to go get it. I tried the next morning, but it wasn't on the menu. Two of the strains I ended up buying were in the wrong cabinets and I won't purchase those again. I will continue to shop there, but ONLY online. When I make my order online and they confirm it, then I know for sure the product I want is waiting for me. What I should have done though is ask the person to go in back and check, but I didn't and she didn't offer to go look either. She couldn't give any feedback of her own about the products, just what customers had told her. I think it would be helpful if the hired help had some knowledge about the strains.

I met with Skylar 7-23-24 looking for specific products that would help alleviate some side effects from a new medication. He immediately took me the doozie edibles and then gave me grape ape as I wanted smoke alternative. Skylar knows his stuff folks! The uncomfortable side effects I wanted gone are gone. I don't know what the he'll that person we will let it be that person. The people who work at old Toby are very sweet and treat you like family so all to those people with nasty comments can suck it.

Unlike neighboring retail cannabis shops, this place has a little class. For example, it doesn’t have show a lot of obnoxious advertising outside. Great service, knowledgeable staff, great product.
