there website leaves alot to be desired. but people especially LES is very knowledgeable and trys to get me the best deal.

great place, have been to dispensaries in fla., mich., tons in ohio, these guys are the best. dont know how they can be so nice close to closing. very well informed. if you have not tried them yet, you are missing out. i live in mansfield ohio, we have one, not as good.

Certified company does a very great job with customer service/ care for their customers. Their buildings are always sweet with artwork, colorful designs, awesome they remodel, old restaurants. And the quality of their house flower is spot on for the Ohio market, great strains, good prices & deals. Budtenders know there flower and can help. Come back again

I never go anywhere else for my meds. No need to. The staff at Sunnyside has all the knowledge needed for individual ailments. There is a young lady there named Tiffany Faulkner. When you walk in and she sees you she just gets this great big smile and says " Hi Friend!" You immediately feel comfortable. I would recommend Sunnyside to anyone in need of medication.

Sunnyside dispensary has a great selection of quality products, and the staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. Like wellness advisor Kiley and Hannah who recommended me some products, both were super helpful. The prices are competitive, and the overall shopping experience is really enjoyable and easy.

I've been meaning to write a review for a while but just am getting to it. I give this store 5 stars simply because of the customer service alone. Simple check in process, where everyone I've talked to has greeted me with kindness and information on what to do next. When walking into the store, employees are always helpful and ready to assist. I will say specifically, I am always impressed about one individuals customer service. I'm not sure if she is Curaleaf Newark manager or assistant manager but I believe her name is Maddie. And if this is not correct spelling then I do apologize but she's the woman with black bangs and star wars tattoos. She absolutely excels at speaking to people with respect and walks every customer through the buying process and/or the next steps on how to pay on the card reader. What's good about an employee like her is that other employees see the standard that she sets and very easily creates a culture with in store that brings customers back. If possible, I'd suggest giving her a raise on top of all the good work she is already doing for the company. At the end of the day I never went out and picked a specific location to buy my THC products until now. Newark location has absolutely won my business and I'll be back many more times. - T.R. more whiners on here, just like google. plan ahead kids. who else has a drive thru? none i've seen. don't expect to zip thru the drive thru at rush hours/lunch, or a half hour before they close. i believe they are open later than most dispensaries also, so the later you wait the less options you have.

This place is one of the best in Ohio, It looks great inside, clean, and friendly. My budtender Zach, in terms where I’m from, buddy is an absolute beauty. Chillest guy ever. Was a nice chat and then I was on my way out

Everyone there is very polite and nice, and the whole process goes by pretty quickly compared other dispensaries.

-fast wait time, less than 10 mins everytime -knowledgeable staff -easy to order online and in store -the chronic shit

This was my first Ohio medicine dispensary visit, I will definitely recommend this location for the product brands I purchased. Staff was friendly informative and chill. The Product Brands I purchased definitely helped improve my quality of days until the were finished

I absolutely love Nirvana! I’ve been a regular since December. They have a wide variety of products as well as friendly, knowledgeable staff! The staff is the reason I love going so much. They’re extremely kind and really care about their clients.

REALLY knowledgable employees. Nice waiting room. They got a menu of their website you can browse, but I definitely suggest looking at their menu BEFORE you go.

I've been shopping here since they opened. The customer service has always been amazing. They carry the best top shelf brands as well as the best budget brands in the state and have made great improvements to their process and store. 10/10. Dont listen to these other reviews..they've consistently been one of the best in northeast ohio from my experience.
