This has been my primary dispensary since 2017. It's always a pleasure to come in and get my medicine. They have a very consistant supply of edibles so that I know I'm always getting something thats going to work for me. Their concentrate selection is pretty immense, everytime that I come in I have new options to choose from. The level of service that I recieve is always top notch, the bud tenders are one of the best parts of the experience. They're very knowledgeable and welcoming. Furthermore, their rewards program is a nice was of saying "thank you" to their patients. I would definitely recommend Cannabicare!

As a first-time red card holder in Colorado Springs, I recently had the opportunity to visit a medical marijuana dispensary and was blown away by my experience at this particular dispensary. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff Chris and Amber who were eager to answer all of my questions and help me find the right products to meet my needs. The dispensary itself was clean, organized, and had a great selection of products. I was impressed with the variety of strains available and the different methods of consumption, including edibles, tinctures, and topicals. Chris took the time to educate me on the different strains and their effects, as well as the best methods of consumption for my specific needs, especially the edibles!! One thing that really stood out to me was the emphasis on safety and responsible use. Chris made sure to explain the importance of starting with a low dosage and waiting to see how it affects me before consuming more. He also provided clear instructions on how to properly use each product. And was pleasantly surprised by the education I received from Amber regarding the process of the medical marijuana plants transfers. As a patient, it can be overwhelming trying to navigate the legal requirements for growing, obtaining and using medical marijuana, but Amber at this dispensary took the time to explain the process in detail. Amber and Chris were extremely knowledgeable about the laws and regulations governing medical marijuana in the state, city, county, and they were able to answer all of my questions thoroughly and clearly. What impressed me the most was the staff's emphasis on responsible use and safety. They provided me with clear instructions on how to properly use medical marijuana and the potential side effects to look out for. They also took the time to address any concerns I had and provided me with resources for further education. The education I received from at this dispensary was mind blowing and outstanding!! They were knowledgeable, patient, and professional, and I left feeling confident and informed about the medical process of marijuana laws. OH, Did I mention PATIENT!! Like seriously OMG!!! I would highly recommend this dispensary to anyone looking for EXCELLENT customer service and education on the legal and medical aspects of using medical marijuana! They also give you a store credit to reimburse you for the cost of you're doctor's certification visit prior to obtain you're medical marijuana licence!! Staff is above and beyond the factor I return here regularly. Jonathan, Stephen, Dakota, Dan, and The crew make you feel at home and comfortable. Plus I shopped around and best Med prices in town with our a doubt and bomb quality

Best place to go for my medical concentrates! Ghost train is my go to, but the nug is great! And by listing my wife as my caregiver, I don't have to hurt myself getting out! 5 Stars to the Farmer!

Great prices, product, and staff. Not sure what the guy below was looking for, but their hash was on point. They had Craft, Yeti, Apothecary, and Harmony extracts on their shelf, and were running a 3 for $33 special on their Blue Dream wax. The fact that the place is an old diner just added to the ambiance.

You CAN NOT find better flower in the Springs especially for the price! All BIG buds, super sticky and stanky!!! Especially the glue, og18 and UK cheese! A little surprised all 3 stores including this one had amazing service . They got me signed up so fast and hooked me up with starter bud as a sight bonus. Took tons of time with me and I will be definitely coming back.

Truly outstanding all the way around! I was passing through town and on a whim, stopped in for a quick preroll and some topical cream for my bad leg. Their selection was influential in increasing my order to include 3 hash infused prerolls, a very pretty gram of wax and a lighter. One problem though! I was more than a few dollars (cash) short. Rather than force me to hit the ATM and pay a fee, Angelica was able to discount some things down so i wouldn't have to. Angelica and the rest of the staff there really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchases, This was a first rate experience for me. If you're a local or just passing through and need some green, definitely stop in to Sweet Leaf. Their quality and service is as good as you will find!
