I am in the parking lot of the Commonwealth alternative the dispensary I was met by Kyle cuz Nico was not here I love them both the security guard Jamal he's very friendly he come out and helped me and especially Julie she came and gave me some toilet paper because I needed some and they were in a box I was sort of embarrassed but all I'm trying to tell everybody is this place is amazing and what makes it amazing is the staff that works here I feel that they really do care it's not just a job for them for them to be able to deal with me and I'm all over the place I recommend this place highly to anybody great staff

I’m surprised by some of the reviews on here. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here. I’ve been in numerous times and everything has always gone well. The staff have been super friendly and helpful. The products are top of the line, and fresh. I have some strains here with harvest dates two weeks ago. That’s fresh and the prices are the best I’ve found. I see some pretty rude customers waiting in line…. Maybe a please and thank you and a tip goes a long way too… I’m a medical patient with a fused back & neck- I manage my pain well going here. I’ve been to many dispensaries being from California and you guys ate awesome! Thank you.

I have been to another dispensary down the street and I was very frustrated the way they were running the store. When I went to Ethos I was completely happy with the staff and the set up of the store. Customer service was excellent and the products are wonderful. This place is super awesome, very friendly and helpful. I actually had a issue with one of my vape pens I barely had for 24 hours just didn't work. They said bring back to store let us check it out. I thought man if they can't do anything I will be mad and lost out of $70. Guess what they were amazing seen it was not working and replaced it no issues what so ever. Amazing place best one by far to me. Stephanie

Shana and Larry were fabulous I've only been twice but both times I had a great experience. Not only did they recommend some great sleep edibles but they answered all my questions and were so friendly. The place is clean and quiet also love that it's all displayed in glass cases so you can see what you're going to be purchasing.

The staff here is so knowledgeable! They strive to provide the best medicine for their patients/customers. The staff are friendly and kind. I love that they carry only the cleanest flower on the market! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for dispensary in the Albany area.

Friendly staff willing to talk with you about the best products for what you want, although in store pick up option is nice if you already know what you want. Decent prices and deals if you check often enough.

Every time I go this REV-FRESH POND, the environment & atmosphere is very welcoming. The staff is also very good at making sure you ordered what you like & will even give you suggestions if they know of something better or a sale etc. that you may like. They'll take as much time as you need, (respectfully). THEY LISTEN TO THE CUSTO.ERS!! New product has come around. Whether it's REV or Guest Cultivar, THEY ORDERED!!!
