I called first and they were helpful in letting me know the difference with medical and regular dispensaries which was very nice of whom I spoke with. Cane in. And my cashier Karisa M. Was very helpful, polite. She helped me figure out exactly what I wanted and also saved me some headaches by telling me to get a fernway indica vape for sleeping help compared to a worse brand. She didn't need to go out if her way. But she did. Like everyone there has for me when I have visited. Thank you. Karisa!

I absolutely love everything about this store! The atmosphere is so welcoming and comfortable. The employees talk to you like you're human and not like you are just another transaction. They are so knowledgeable and do deep research into their products before selling them. They have menus the list everything in the strain and explains what each effect each one may have on you. Absolutely amazing for beginners!! They have such a variety of everything, including glass, decor, clothing, and so much more! HIGHly recommended!!

I compared the prices in town, they are comparable with some deals here and there. Given the consistent level of their premium level strands, I think they give the best value. SOTM is the very finest retail store that I've ever been to, and not just Cannabis dispensaries, but all types of retail stores!!! The staff is amazing! Three people that have helped me in my purchase decisions and that treat customers like friends are: Will, Emerald and the owner, Ronnie. Will is very friendly and knowledgeable! Ronnie is a model business owner who works the sales floor often and he knows how to please his customers with his vast Cannabis knowledge, his amazing product variety, his great pricing, his enjoyable, upbeat personality, and his customers come first priority!!! I've had the pleasure of being helped at SOTM by a long time, wonderful floor person, Emerald! She is an inspiration to everyone with her truly beautiful customer interactions. I love this place! The store is always clean, organized, and welcoming. The staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable. I love going in and talking to them and asking for their recommendations. The price and quality of the products have never disappointed me in the slightest! I most frequently find myself grabbing their prerolls and edibles and love it when the rewards system gets me a $5 off!
