Simply LOVE this MÜV store! I was not too fond of them before from some of their other stores, but between the tenders, the clean and nice atmosphere, this one put me back on MÜV and their products. The employees are fantastic. If I were you, look for either Brad, he is very knowledgeable with the products and VERY easy on the eyes, Patrick, because he just gets along so well with you and vibes, and Tyshawn (Or Tyrone, not sure which!), because he is just funny and genuinely tries to help you as a patient. they are all great but try and avoid the long-haired female. Not sure of her name, but she was rude and seemed fake to me. Prices are sometimes high, but their stuff is worth it and they always have great sales, so it really isn't all that expensive. All in all, this store is great, and I highly suggest you try it if you are looking for a dispensary!

I don’t have any complains so far! First time shopper, meaning I got 60% off was wonderful! I got a great selection of strains amongst concentrate, cartridges, edibles and flower for a 100 bucks! Very nice and clean environment with kind staff!

It is nice to have VidaCann on this side of town. Duct tape and Alaska are two of my favorite strains.

I am a PD Kidney patient on the cusp of receiving a kidney and as a result my pot smoking days are over . I have received the best service from the staff at MUV and excellent advice in alternative THC delivery systems which are OK with my Kidney Team . I have shopped in all of the local dispensaries and I can say with my 38 years of retail experience the best customer service is provided at MUV , very customer oriented !

I ordered tropical runtz @ 27%thc when I picked it up and received it ......it was 24%thc . all I am saying is let the customer or patient know before they get disappointed. That's a big difference in strength.

I love Surterra Wellness (Park St location) compared to any other dispensary in Jacksonville! Will definitely be making this my go-to dispensary because of their knowledgeable, helpful, and great/kind employees and customer service! I definitely understand why they stand behind all of their products because they live up to everything they say about them! I’ve been helped by Sabrina and Carlos, who I informed of what I was looking for in my medication and fitted me with the perfect remedy. I always leave happy and impressed with the products I purchase. Quality products, quality staff.

These folks are hands down the closet I've gotten to California bud and thier tinctures are perfect to make moon rocks. Staff are so amazing and extremely helpful and down to earth
