I stopped by on 420 and I was very surprised. I found that Truclear 9lb hamner concentrate was on sale. Scott was very knowledgable and helpfull. I go to Trulieve because I know that I can trust Trulieve to have the very best products. I highly recomend Trulieve and their products. Let me start that the staff is always friendly very helpful and knowledgeable as a first timer I felt very at ease with the whole process I have not been anywhere else (to many horror stories) But always a But right LOL I would like to see some other deals in the ways of percentages off products the only such deal is for a first time customer nothing for the loyal customers

I walked in to make my purchased on a Sunday afternoon. I initially expected it to be busy, but it was actually less than a 5 minute wait. I had the opportunity to work with Tylor and he was all over it. He made great recommendations and also took the time to explain the new dispensable calculations. Thanks again Tylor. I would say just the overall experience at this location with their team has been better than the other surrounding locations.

I highly recommend this place for any cannabis product. Great and consistent customer service. I was just attended by Rebecca and she not only helped me identify a strain I was looking for she also made me laugh and feel very comfortable. (Thanks Rebecca, you are amazing!)

My driver was awesome, very informative on the products, and super easy to talk to. Everyone on their team has been awesome, from the guy who called me to tell me that my order was under $75 and there would be a fee, had I not known I would've paid the same amount for less products. Also special shoutout to Eddie, whenever I call their Orlando location if he's in I'm talking to him. Dude is super cool, very informative, gave a awesome breakdown on the vape carts, and he needs a raise, or a promotion. Make him VP or something, dude is awesome. This is now my go-to spot.

The staff is beyond helpful and accommodating and really knows their stuff, Ryan the assistant manager has gone above and beyond to help me many times as well as the rest of the staff. Its why I keep coming back every time. Queso Perro is the best strain on the market in my opinion

I rarely shop anywhere else. Calm cool atmosphere. Knowledgeable staff that answer all my PITA questions about terpenes and such. When they don't know something they look it up or ask. I like that a lot. I have a nasty movement disorder and they carry a strain that helps and they always keep what I need in stock.

What is to dislike? The staff, quality,and atmosphere is well worth the price! I don’t mean that like it’s expensive. The rosin is some of the best I’ve had, and I just returned from Santa Fe, New Mexico, and they have rosin that is the same quality. Don’t shop around. GET SOME!
