I’ve been to a few dispensaries in the area, but the vibe at Curaleaf 152 is consistently the most relaxed and professional. If you’ve ever felt rushed or overwhelmed at other shops, this is the place to go. The selection is solid usually plenty of flower options and their Select Briq disposables are always in stock but what really makes this location stand out is the staff. Specifically, Jackie helped me out during my last visit, and she was an absolute gem. I was looking for something specific to help with sleep without feeling completely groggy the next morning. Jackie didn't just point to the highest THC percentage; she actually took the time to talk through the terpene profiles and suggested a hybrid that hit the mark perfectly. She’s knowledgeable, patient, and actually seems to care about the patient experience rather than just hitting a sales quota.

Joshua helped me fill my prescription while I was evacuated from my hometown due to Hurricane Sally. It was my first time at curaleaf and I enjoyed my experience. I appreciated the care to compliance and making sure my order was exactly as I wanted it. I didn’t feel like the bud tender hovered over me, but was also available for my questions, while also providing a training experience for a fellow employee. Which, as someone in the industry and general experience training in those environments, is a multi tasking ability I really appreciate. I look forward to your Pensacola location opening.

I have only been there twice now and going to dispensaries is quite new to me,But from a new patients perspective they had wonderful welcoming service both visits I have had there so far, a relaxing atmosphere with the staff cracking a joke or two with the customers but still extremely professional at the same time. Their discounts are awesome and word of mouth in my home town is that they are the best. I will be going back.

Highly recommend! Rachel is awesome and goes out of her way to make you comfortable and explain products and questions, etc.

A fantastic budtender named Sofia Deer,Aassisted me, an old 69 yr old that couldn't get Can Pay right. She was extremely patient and wonderfully pleasant. You should be proud to have an employee like her. It's a reason I keep coming back. BRAVO Sophia!!

Thank you to the amazing staff at the Okeechobee store. You guys are amazing. You make it look seemless and effortless. You always wear a smile no matter what is going on. We didn't feel the shortage of Mini's as much as all the other stores because Sabi took care of us. She went thru hell and high heaven by reaching out to the Managers of the Suppliers. We don't feel a lot because of Sabi and her incredible staff. Savannah thank you for your beautiful smile and always being attentive to everyone. Lauryn, thank you for being simply awesome. This is probably the coziest dispensary I’ve been to. Don’t go on expecting fancy, you’re at the wrong place. Liberty has by far the best vape carts that I’ve tried so far, and will continue to visit them

I stopped by on 420 and I was very surprised. I found that Truclear 9lb hamner concentrate was on sale. Scott was very knowledgable and helpfull. I go to Trulieve because I know that I can trust Trulieve to have the very best products. I highly recomend Trulieve and their products. It was comfortable, welcoming and the girl who helped me was absolutely stellar! Everything I got has been a huge help to me in getting theough my days with a lot less issues.

I’ve been using trulieve for 2 years now, it’s always consistent minus one incident they were more then willing to correct or compensate. Trulieve is my forever home for my medicine and information on cannabis products and how to use them correctly and safely. Also huge shout out to Christal and Stacey for always insuring my order is precise and correct her and Stacey go above and beyond always.

By far the best experience in a dispensary, and this is a lot, considering it is a fairly new field of business, and most dispensaries give it a serious try to establish themselves with customers. Nevertheless, the service I received form Samantha B really stood out. She has outstanding customer attitude, her demeanor makes you feel that there is no other place she'd rather be at that moment, which is rare. Very impressed. Thank you Samantha!

This review is for the Avon Park store.... My second visit at this location and both times service has been outstanding !!!! Gregory has been very helpful to me both times .I have found the staff will go out of their way to make sure you get the right medication . Compared to other dispensaries I have been to this one is by far is my favorite !!!!! The quality that I receive and the great pricing is another reason I will be going back to this location...

So I tried the Divine Storm X Triangle Bx1 today and it’s awesome. Love the taste and satisfying. Gives instant relaxation, and doesn’t make you tired. Really hope they bring this strand permanently to the menu.

Great customer service. They genuinely care and want to help you find the right solution for your condition. The stock here is better than most other shops. I drive here from NSB because Trulieve never has good stock.
