She was able to give me so much information about the options available, and I had a lot of questions! Super personable, and made me feel comfortable asking and knew so much,i could tell she did her research and really wanted to help patients find what works for them, and teach them why. She was really knowledgeable about terpenes and their effects working with her helped me find some good strains for me. I used to think it was all about the THC content, but it turns out the terpenes can carry many beneficial effects and what you select can really impact your experience. If you go to Beyond Hello, ask for Gigi she was great and knew her stuff!

Next I was greeted by Nick who helped me with my order . He was very informative about products that could be beneficial to me after actively listening to my medical needs . I was so appreciative of the time and great customer service I received. Truly the Lancaster Ave dispensary staff were all nice , atmosphere quiet and clean . I highly recommend!

I pass about 4-5 dispensaries on my way to Rise and this is one of the only dispensaries that I shop with now due to the staff, quality and the pricing! The recent transformation at the KOP location makes you want to keep coming back. I love the history of cannabis that is illustrated on the walls and also admire Teagan, Lauren and the guys at Rise for ALWAYS being so pleasant, professional and courteous.
