I was purchasing concentrates which I’ve used but not in a long time. Sean came to counsel me about the device and product I was getting with suggestions on a different form of concentrate that would work better with the device I was purchasing. During the conversation I told him what I was looking for in the product which was sleep as I was having very disturbed sleep. He recommended Cresco LCP and for the first time in months I was the first one to fall asleep in the house and I stayed asleep. All dispensaries should have a sampler package to purchase, e.g. one for sleeping, one for pain relief, one for focused attention, one for fun etc. Also, brochures with recommendations for new clients or sampler suggestions package. The newer customers don't know what we don't know when making a purchase. Elameth was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind during my visit. She made suggestions, and told me about discount programs available. Great person who is definitely focused on customer service!

There’s a lot of dispensaries in Florida, but I only go to one and the reason why is because of the service! The manager there I can’t remember her name. I call her boss lady. I’ve never seen a manager care so Jeff much about her employees and her guest. There is too many great experience to write,it’s very rare to get great service, they really care I always get a smile and they always ask me how can I make your day perfect! This is the dispensary on Dixie in lake worth I guarantee you will leave happy and with a great deal!!!
