I have been fortunate enough to experience a hand full of different dispensaries in different states and i can say this is by far the best in Illinois! Great staff! Awesome product selection! Great prices! And patient employees with manners which is there most precious resource. They always offer great deals and you can tell they are run by good hearted people. last but not least they have a great set up here, i mean great!!! Very good prices! Quality of product is also good! Definitely good medical cannabis. Their “Tahoe OG and “Kingdom Chem” are by far the best flower:) Not too big of a selection of accessories but hey its a dispensary not a smoke shop! Give them a try!

I just wanted to give Sam, Carly, Robin and Misty a huge shout out for holding down the dispensary yesterday. I am a brand rep for King City Gardens & often times set up in their lobby for a few hours, and every time I do, it is a wonderful experience! They are such an educated and kind staff that really takes the extra time to find the best products for you!

I was waited on by Megan. It doesn't matter who waits on you because service is always exceptional! Megan made sure I got all my discounts and easily processed the order. It's never a long wait time. If you're early enough, there are discounted specials. My go-to dispensary!

I have bought from multiple dispensaries and have found Trulieve to have the best products and most efficient service. Until today I have always used their delivery option (which is outstanding since they accurately give short window times and call before delivery). Today though, was the first time I purchased in store. I was served by Bianca. I don't have enough space to write the glowing review she truly deserves but I honestly don't think I have received better service in any retail location for any product. She definitely left a positive impression that I won't soon forget. I hope management comes to realize that her potential is being underutilized, and that she will drive success and prosperity to the company. Thank you Trulieve and Bianca!

Twice before while purchasing I had Zack for filling my order. What a knowledgable, kind, professional young man. He reviewed products specific to my questions and symptoms. He even provided multiple web sites and explained full spectrum and products to research with different terpines. I changed dispensaries and now will only go to PGH west, north Fayette. They made it very easy from start to finish and gave me a 20% discount on my first time order….I’m over 65 and this helped a lot. I also got a defective ( go figure) disposable vape and they made it super easy to return it. Lots of product on the menu which is also a bonus…PA meds are still way too high……but they do run specials and I think they have a 10% discount for seniors~
