Very nice clean store, they greet you as soon as you walk in. Didn’t have an issue finding my online orders, plus informed me of deals going on. Since I was first time buyer they also informed me of the discounts I could get (I was getting items on sale so I couldn’t add that to the checkout).

This was a great location! Super clean looks like doctor office. Check them out! There staff knows there product. Just tell them what your issue is and they will recommend what you need. Trust them they are experienced!

Taylor and the entire team took such good care of me and being new to Florida from California it helped to get tips on staying safe. This place is awesome! From the moment I walked in, Mike was a true bud tender, like he knew what I needed. He really hustled to get me into the system and get me some medicine. As a new patient, this was taking way too long at another place. Even though Surterra is getting remolded and a bit of a mess. Mike and the other employees were getting people served with purpose. Appreciate you.

Let me start that the staff is always friendly very helpful and knowledgeable as a first timer I felt very at ease with the whole process I have not been anywhere else (to many horror stories) But always a But right LOL I would like to see some other deals in the ways of percentages off products the only such deal is for a first time customer nothing for the loyal customers

I walked in to make my purchased on a Sunday afternoon. I initially expected it to be busy, but it was actually less than a 5 minute wait. I had the opportunity to work with Tylor and he was all over it. He made great recommendations and also took the time to explain the new dispensable calculations. Thanks again Tylor. I would say just the overall experience at this location with their team has been better than the other surrounding locations.
