OMG! My wife and I went to this location, and the experience was amazing! Upon walking into the location, we shared a quick laugh with the security guard, and we were quickly taken to the back. Our budtender, Claire, was great! Her customer service was five star, and I would suggest this location to all of my out of town friends. I'll be back to this location, again.

I can’t even begin to understand how the recent reviews claims this places flower has mold and stuff. This is one of the ONLY places I’ve seen this far that allows you to see EVERYTHING you’re purchasing. They’ll show you the flower directly from the jar they weight it out of. They’ll show you some of their very affordable pre weighed flower that has quality for the price. I also found it amazing that all their electronic devices do have a exchange policy on them so I was able to exchange out a cartridge that wasn’t working on my battery for free. I truly feel some these recent reviewers were from competitors.

I just started coming to Big Mountain Botanicals and am amazed at the wonderful welcoming atmosphere. As well as the amazing Annie was more than friendly and informative. she's absolutely a sweetheart. and i will definitely be coming back. the variety of products is very awesome.

This place is fantastic, as are Patrick and Sarah! Walking in feels like a classic speakeasy, it's clean and beautiful. the staff are amazing kind people. Patrick is an old hat, and can help you narrow into whatever you need! The employees are always so friendly, welcoming and helpful! This store always has some kind of deals going on. They carry brands like Green Dot, 710 labs, 14er, Artsy and Lazercat.
