I am a 100% disabled veteran, wounded in Iraq in 2003. I have severe pain, PTSD and social anxiety just to name a few things. I really didn't know what to expect going here, it's an hour drive for me so it was long. When I got there, nervous as hell, first thing you do is check your temp on a wall mounted thermometer. Being my first time there was a page I had to fill out. Honestly I don't remember a single question (I have a tbi) but I know it was basic stuff and quick. The lady at the front desk was nice. Was a quick 5 min exchange of stuff i.e the paper work and your card n whatnot. The normal. Then they let u in the back. The budtenders are friendly, knowledgeable easy to talk to people and beautiful. All in all it's a awesome dispensary. Def better prices and amount of stock than my previous dispensary in Brookville. The boss gave me a free hat!! I know it's just a hat but Ayr Wellness definitely takes the time to make sure all of its customers are well taken care of.

Best dispensary anywhere around by far! Incredible quality products with a wide variety of options for anything you could possibly need or want. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff are super welcoming every time you walk in…. I’ve had a ton of questions about strains and products because I have to be extremely careful due to my anxiety/ptsd and every time I have any questions they go above and beyond to help me. The shop is super laid back with a great vibe and they have some really cool art murals and paintings on the walls. I love to tell people I meet or people I know about Stairway, how much they have helped me and how fabulous they are, I will be a loyal lifelong customer! 13/10 stars

I moved back to the state for legal flower. As I read the reviews I have one request to all that are dissatisfied. Move states. There are states where (street weed) is what one buys illegally. At Greenlight whatever one purchases is clean. I buy flower. From the seed to me it is regulated. I moved here for a safe high. But then again I came from a state where one buys what's on the street. Thanks to Greenlight I have the pleasure of a safe high. I am thankful.

I have to say, I have been to a lot of dispensaries across this country and 315 Primo in Branson West is my absolute favorite place! Not only do they have great prices, their staff is unbeatable! Everyone I've ever encountered there is amazing, they're always smiling, I've never had anyone have an attitude, it's a great environment, great people, great products! Staff is knowledgeable about product availability, strain information & lineage & they're honest with you about what they like and don't. When you have an environment like they do, it's easy to drive the extra 40 minutes to spend your money where the business is exceptional & so are the people! You know who you are! Rise is my favorite dispencery to go too. The deals are amazing half the time the people are very friendly you walk out feeling like you're part of one big family lol I have to give a huge shout out to (LU) She's very friendly! Organic Remedies in the North Hills was my introduction to the dispensary world. After three years in the program, OR is still my preferred place to go. From the standpoint of products, their THC/CBN capsules are something that actually help me sleep. I’m a professional insomniac, and nothing ever helps me sleep (that doesn’t leave me feeling it the next day). But the products I get here, for a very reasonable price, have helped more than anything I’ve ever tried. And I feel great in the morning. The tinctures work really nicely for me as well. I use them in addition to the CBN capsules. The Troches are an amazing deal. It’s nice to have options that don’t involve inhaling. Not that there’s anything wrong with inhaling. But options are nice. Most of all, though, I like going there for the people. I’ve been going there for three years and the staff is fantastic. They’re just normal, cool people who are always helpful and decent and kind. The front of house people, the budtenders, the pharmacists - everyone is great. And that matters to me. In three years I’ve only had a few occasions where I needed a little assistance or had a question about an order. They’ve always been completely understanding and helpful. I still go to other places. But I’m really glad to have the North Hills Organic Remedies as my home dispensary. Thank you to everyone there. Your decency is noticed.
