Repeat customer. After recreational sales began in Maryland, my two other former favorite dispensaries really struggled to accommodate the changes. One closed temporarily and another felt like going to a nightclub with a line, to pick up my medical order. Ascend is well run, team members are welcoming and helpful. Ordering and checkout, including using rewards, is a breeze.

I have to say, I have been to a lot of dispensaries across this country and 315 Primo in Branson West is my absolute favorite place! Not only do they have great prices, their staff is unbeatable! Everyone I've ever encountered there is amazing, they're always smiling, I've never had anyone have an attitude, it's a great environment, great people, great products! Staff is knowledgeable about product availability, strain information & lineage & they're honest with you about what they like and don't. When you have an environment like they do, it's easy to drive the extra 40 minutes to spend your money where the business is exceptional & so are the people! You know who you are! Best service in MD hands down they r always so nice and pleasant and quick. Even today it being July 1st and now everyone can come to the dispensary even without a medical card it made no difference at least for me I pulled up paid and got my medication it took not even 5 min and I got a swag bag with a bunch of awsome stuff thank u guys for everything! You guys are the best in my opinion!!!!

Great prices and SUPER helpful staff. just tell em what's broken and they will find the flower that fixes it. The only 2 things I could say I would change is 1. They treat ptsd and severe anxiety patients. yet the waiting room is tiny and always full. 2. Not really much they can do here, but newer champion strains. They do rotate frequently to stay on top of the newest strains available in this area and they have awesome staple strains. It just sucks reading and seeing award winning new herbs (first class funk)(jigglers)(permanent marker)and have no hope of trying it before its been bred out of existence. This is not naturals fault though. Its the growers and supply chain.

Very friendly great products and great terps prices it’s a amazing place I go there 2 times a week I got a usual there so that tells you it’s a nice place everything I have purchased I got free edibles with anything I bought and wide range of things to purchase but 10/10 check them out it won’t disappoint

Amazing staff , good atmosphere. Wait time isn’t that long compared to most dispensaries. The staff is very knowledgeable about the products and terpenes that assist in relief you’re looking for. They also offer 1st, 2nd & 3rd time discounts not to mention a referral discount for any first time patient you bring in that’s never been to any trulieve or harvest (you both get 50% off at the time of purchase) 10/10 would recommend this location
