The Vault is an absolute gem. Speaking as an OCG (Old Cannabis Guy), I waited over 50 years for these days of legal dispensaries and the quality of the Vault has made it worth the wait. They do it right with outstanding customer service, extremely knowledgeable staff, a consistently great variety and selection as well as extremely competitive prices. But, it is more than that which makes the Vault so special, it is the chill welcoming environment, a truly welcoming experience for people 21 to . . . well, I have encountered octogenarians there! I HIGHLY recommend the Vault!

I absolutely adore the staff at cana. They are so kind. I ordered a dozen pre-rolls and they sorted them by saliva and indica and had them banded separately, how incredible is that. They're all beyond kind and patient, even during recent tech upgrades and when they're wildly busy. The store is also always clean and smells nice.

I love this place. The people, product, price and atmosphere is great! I go to the worcester location every day. It fits my needs being a heavy cannabis user. Ty to the fine folks there. It helps my ptsd.

I come to get the superflux live concentrates, Gilford assisted me, very nice and very good customer service. I’m pretty knowledgeable about concentrates as that’s mainly what I consume, The superflux brand is putting out some of the best concentrates I have found. The consistency is always there. They always have good product.

Trulieve stands out to me as one of the greatest dispensaries I've visited in a very, very long time. The customer service is AMAZING! I am in the parking lot of the Commonwealth alternative the dispensary I was met by Kyle cuz Nico was not here I love them both the security guard Jamal he's very friendly he come out and helped me and especially Julie she came and gave me some toilet paper because I needed some and they were in a box I was sort of embarrassed but all I'm trying to tell everybody is this place is amazing and what makes it amazing is the staff that works here I feel that they really do care it's not just a job for them for them to be able to deal with me and I'm all over the place I recommend this place highly to anybody great staff

This is my second time to this distributor. They have great products and awesome people. I highly recommend the shark shock. Today Erika helped suggest some new strains and edibles that I would enjoy. Will definitely go back.
