I bought the infused hot cocoa and after trying to follow the instructions on the bag for at least 10min. I got frustrated and cut it open and when I tried to transfer it to another container I managed to spill a good amount I couldn't save. When I reached out to BR I heard back within 24hrs and received a phone call soon after. Kathy from marketing not only gave me my money back, but she also threw in some merch!! I am so impressed with the speedy customer service!! Thank you for a very positive experience!!

As a medical customer, I've been to many other dispensaries in a wide area, checking them out. Berkshire Roots is by far the best of all those I've been to. Great specials and benefits for people with a state Patient ID. Always a fast track line for medical people so you don't have to wait if it's busy. (Not sure what the other reviewers were doing, maybe they missed the Medical Aisle sign?) Will always be back again, won't bother with anywhere else. Always great selections at reasonable prices and often have good specials and discounts as well, and a good atmosphere. Always a very nice experience.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Heka, and I can't say enough about the fantastic experience I had there. From the moment I stepped inside, I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and the knowledgeable staff. Heka is not your average dispensary. The interior is beautifully designed, creating a calming and inviting ambiance. The team members are not only friendly but also incredibly well-informed about their products. They patiently answered all my questions and helped me find the perfect strains for my needs. What sets Heka apart, in my opinion, is the quality of their products. I absolutely love coming here! The staff is beyond welcoming. The atmosphere is just so Zen and peaceful. There’s such a different variety of merchandise so there’s definitely something for everyone. I wish I could buy everything in the store lol. 100/100!!!

Been to Dank on Main st a few times and the prices are fair, they range Anywhere from $20 -$60 an eighth of flower. (They have vapes, drinks and edibles as well but I'm a flower girl) I had some "live dried" mendo breath and it was pretty good. (An 8 outta 10) The staff is really nice. Very helpful, informative and honest. (The budtender with the beard told me one of the strains of flower I was looking at was just as good as another that was $9 cheaper so I bought one of each to compare and he was right, the cheaper one was just as good). It's definitely not what I expected the first time I went there. Overall The atmosphere and vibe and energy is great. I'm Always greated with a "Hello" and a smile when I walk in, and a "have a great day" when I walk out. If you're in the area you definitely should check it out
