I was in beyond hello 7-18-25 and the CSR at the window Caeden was his name and he found me exactly what I was looking for. He was very helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable of the product Beyond Hello had. I had bought an 1/8 of what was supposed to be a hybrid and got it and it was an indica, Randy gave me a $20 credit to make up for it, I couldn’t use my credit because I didn’t have cash and was a little frustrated. I went and got money from my mom on cashapp and didn’t have enough because of the atm fee. Randy paid for my order and asled I return it when I get paid and said he just wants people to be happy and come back and doesn’t want no one to go without. He didn’t have to do that at all. Everyone there is kind, (prolly cause they smoke that Kind Tree I ifykyk) I thank him for making the experience better and helping me even thought I was frustrated. Dude deserves a raise!
