Amazing staff , good atmosphere. Wait time isn’t that long compared to most dispensaries. The staff is very knowledgeable about the products and terpenes that assist in relief you’re looking for. They also offer 1st, 2nd & 3rd time discounts not to mention a referral discount for any first time patient you bring in that’s never been to any trulieve or harvest (you both get 50% off at the time of purchase) 10/10 would recommend this location

Most helpful budtenders in York. They’re aware of the very basic info as well as detailed data Re strains. Pricing best in town. Best sales in town. Great rewards program. Choice number 1 for me. Also, deepest and widest selection of Cresco product - C is my fav grower in PA. A+

I had the help I needed to find the perfect flower i needed with the help of Chelsea. She helped me find the exact terps in the right amount for me. I learned a lot and hope to learn more from her next time. She made me feel like I was talking to a friend.

I switched from Rise to Trulieve, when they first opened. I don't drive and they are very close. The staff is very knowledgeable and kind. I love this dispensary, best in the area.

My wife and I have been using Cloud Nine in Grande Isle for the past two years and have always received great service by staff. Their deep level of respect and spot in recommendations have been greatly appreciated. As an example, we were there tonight and needed a product to help my wife sleep, which is hard for her to do because of arthritis. The young man there (I wish I got his name) knew immediately what she needed and he was exactly what you want to see in these important roles: knowledge and an ability to seamlessly glide into a customers demeanor of needing a guide, an ear, a shoulder and a genuine interest in his/her situation. When we got home and researched his recommendation, it had everything that my wife needs in it. All of the staff we've worked with are great and their products are high quality. Chillest vibe. I’ve been to a few different people, but I always look for Char. She has really taken the time to help me understand everything I had questions on and some!

Everyone is always so friendly at this location and the lines are not long at all. The drive through is nice though I've never used it. Probably has the most variety of product for lowest price out of all the local surrounding RISE locations.

The vibe is great,however please fill the bags for the same price . Many of our fellow citizens and friends do not have the means to enjoy such a fine products and that is against everything cannabis is about .. given to those who deserve a break and wonderful people. I’ve always loved this dispensary. The owner and her daughter are absolutely wonderful and the budtenders actually know what they are talking about. Every time I visit this dispensary, I leave in a much better mood. They definitely live up to their store name! I would highly recommend this dispensary to new patients and veterans alike. All around a great place to purchase your medicine. They’ve also got great deals and a great range of products. I absolutely love this place!
