Every single time I visit this location I am always greeted very warmly. The staff here are all fantastic people and very knowledgeable in their field!

I was in beyond hello 7-18-25 and the CSR at the window Caeden was his name and he found me exactly what I was looking for. He was very helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable of the product Beyond Hello had. The woman at register 5 that day took very good care of me treated me very nice was very helpful and friendly.

The budtender who served me was awesome. She gave me some free prerolls for being a 1st time customer and also promotional prerolls. I couldn't go inside, but that was alright. Thanks again

this place is great . I drive an extra 1 1/2 hours to go here . the people are great , friendly , and knowledgeable about the product. The quality of the product is very good and the prices are fair . This is my go-to place for my smoking needs .

They go thru alot of employees, but that seems to be standard at all the bud stores. However if your lucky enough to know one of there day ones Ian then your in luck. One of my favorite butenders in all of marquette county. He always takes care of me. Being a vet I appreciate him greatly. Never hesitate to shop here.

Corey then greeted us at the door, he answered our questions and referred us to a certain product, it was super quick and easy. I recommend The Firehouse, it's also easy to find on Hwy 139. What an amazing store, the budtenders name was Alexa and treated me so well and told me everything I needed to know about the buds I had acquired and overall gave me a well based experience at a dispensary. I would recommend this place to my friends, family, and even my co-workers. Definitely will be making my way back around!
