6 months ago my cart had gotten stolen while was at a friends halloween party , when i had showed up to her house got out of my car it was there in the grass dirty but the oil was still clean the inside was not dirty and it still worked still charged everything it survived 6 months on rain and snow i didn’t expect to work i HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place

The staff here at Italian herb dispensary are always friendly and welcoming. I haven’t had to wait very long before being able to purchase my items. I do recommend you look at their menu online via their website and place an order prior to coming to the dispensary that way your visit is more efficient, and you can view their discounts and their menu of options. There is no way to view product prior to purchasing in person I believe due to certain state laws and legislature, but I actually enjoy being able to view the full menu online prior and knowing how much I’m going to be paying before I arrive. They do allow you to pick up through the drive-through window if you placed an online order prior to arrival. I’ve used both options via the drive-through and going inside and each one is efficient to and result in a happy customer.

Kyle was absolutely FANTABULOUS! I came in for the first time on my birthday, and of course technology hates me, so my rewards account wasn’t working! Luckily Kyle was there to swoop in, save the day, and make my birthday absolutely magical! I don’t know what he’s getting paid but he deserves DOUBLE! Besides Kyle being an absolute ASSET to the team, the atmosphere was top tier (seriously I felt like I was stepping into a mini art installation), the prices were to die for, and the bud was almost too strong (in the best way) Thanks again Kyle, and the rest of the amazing staff for making my birthday special! Jason was my budtender today at Sunnyside Wrigleyville and he really knows his strains very knowledgeable and friendly. Companies need people like Jason. He's the reason why companies thrive and become successful he's at the front lines making sure people are satisfied and no matter how good the product is, if the service doesn't match you won't get customers back. Uriel was my bud tender and he was absolutely awesome! I had to leave the line twice to transfer money and was scared I was being an annoying customer. Uriel was so understanding and kind! I will definitely be back time and time again because of people like him. The entire staff at Ascend River North is top notch. I highly recommend this shop!!

I bought from this store because I live in Hyde Park, which is close to my residence. The head salesperson and trainer waited on me the first time I went. His detailed knowledge of cannabis was impressive. The second time I went, I got attention and excellent service. Lastly, the quality of the cannabis is above reproach. O. O. Johnson
