Just wanted to say been coming here for a while and it's the place for price, selection, quality, and quantity. But the main thing about clould 9 is the people that work here they go above and beyond to help you and somehow make you fill like your family. There is a big place in my heart for these people without them I would not be able to afford my medicine and I'm seriously disabled it's people like Joe and his mom that keep me believing life still has meaning thank yall for what you do. Great experience here. I always come for the skywalker flower here at the westmont location. They always have it in stock and overall the employees are great. Will be my go to place to get my skywalker and carts. 10/10

This place is the best. Safest selection and environment and very female friendly (meaning it’s bright warm and open, not like those hole in the wall dark places where the employees stare you the whole time you’re there) great staff that care about your well being and aren’t pushy at all. They give great discounts for first responders, military, and teachers too! Emerald is a diamond in the rough for sure.

First time here at this location. Excited to be here as there is no dispensaries in Texas. A true recent struggle as I was a med patient in Arizona. Love the energy as soon as we walked in. Wasn’t sure which cashier to go to because everyone was eager to help us with a smile. Wish I remembered the name of our budtender but he the best! Well educated in the products and offered honest recommendations for us. I always appreciate true transparency with a purchase. He threw in an extra pre roll which was a nice surprise! Great group of people working here..definitely will be back!

Loved it here! The staff were so kind and helpful, relaxed and welcoming. The girl who checks your IDs when you first walk in was cheerful and she brightened up my day. The whole place is beautiful on the inside and CLEAN! And as a woman sometimes I feel intimidated going into dispensaries but Aroma Hill it wasn’t intimidating at all!! The service was so fast too, they had my products ready to go in a minute. Definitely will be coming back here from now on!

I love all the employees except Amie. she had me go on 3 interviews and all 3 went so good. then bam nothing. I've emailed her a few good times again since theres signs to apply. Idk if she's jealous or just needs a snack. but damn I love my people there they always take care of me. I just dont mess with Amie
