The Columbia Care location in Logan, OH is AWESOME! Everyone was so friendly and very helpful. The security guard took it upon himself to help me while the other gentleman was busy assisting my brother. He was very knowledgeable about the products and took the time to help me narrow down which products would work best for me. He was spot on. The gummies are working exactly the way I had hoped, something to help my pain that won’t make me feel high so I can function throughout the day. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at the Logan, OH location and the numerous products they offer.

This was my 2nd time there. The security Guard, Chris, was listening to me complain about how much pain I was in. He recommended a thc/cbd blend topical & let me tell you it really works!! So I will be back!

After they changed management this has been the place to go! SO MUCH TO CHOOSE FROM! They aren't rude, they don't lie about product, and they helped me find what would work best for my needs! I've never been treated better! "okay crops" and whatever the other ones called, have nothing on them!

I've been meaning to write a review for a while but just am getting to it. I give this store 5 stars simply because of the customer service alone. Simple check in process, where everyone I've talked to has greeted me with kindness and information on what to do next. When walking into the store, employees are always helpful and ready to assist. I will say specifically, I am always impressed about one individuals customer service. I'm not sure if she is Curaleaf Newark manager or assistant manager but I believe her name is Maddie. And if this is not correct spelling then I do apologize but she's the woman with black bangs and star wars tattoos. She absolutely excels at speaking to people with respect and walks every customer through the buying process and/or the next steps on how to pay on the card reader. What's good about an employee like her is that other employees see the standard that she sets and very easily creates a culture with in store that brings customers back. If possible, I'd suggest giving her a raise on top of all the good work she is already doing for the company. At the end of the day I never went out and picked a specific location to buy my THC products until now. Newark location has absolutely won my business and I'll be back many more times. - T.R. I LOVE this dispensary. Not only do they have amazing deals on the weekend they have amazing product period. I've tried other dispensaries locally and this one is definitely my favorite. I have really bad anxiety and I don't get anxious going in here at all. it's very relaxed and I don't feel rushed at all. The staff is very knowledgeable about which products to use and not use with anxiety. I just all around LOVE it. Thanks for being here.
