I have been shopping at 420 Grand Central for almost two years now. Everyone is friendly but not everyone that works there is knowledgeable of the products they are selling. I had to shop in the store last week instead of shopping on line first and then driving there to pick it up. I wanted a specific strain and the gal told me they didn't have it. I did notice that a lot of the strains are in the wrong cabinets. For instance, you have Pamelina in the sativa cabinet and it's a Indica Dominant strain at 60/40. They also have Pablo Escobar in the Sativa cabinet and it's a 50/50 Hybrid. So I think the strain I was looking for was probably in the wrong cabinet and I was told they didn't have any. I went home and went directly to their online menu and guess what...I found the strain I was looking for. Unfortunately, I had to go to work and didn't have time to go get it. I tried the next morning, but it wasn't on the menu. Two of the strains I ended up buying were in the wrong cabinets and I won't purchase those again. I will continue to shop there, but ONLY online. When I make my order online and they confirm it, then I know for sure the product I want is waiting for me. What I should have done though is ask the person to go in back and check, but I didn't and she didn't offer to go look either. She couldn't give any feedback of her own about the products, just what customers had told her. I think it would be helpful if the hired help had some knowledge about the strains.

Great dispensary! Most are like medium security prisons, but this one is open and welcoming. Went there for a particular strain-Blue Dragon-which has become very hard to find. Great prices! Remember that they add taxes to the stated prices.

Love this place very cool inside, the people that work there are all very nice, friendly, and very helpful on what you need, and they have a variety which is great. The atmosphere is inviting, and the staff is always welcoming. Even better the prices are a lot cheaper than most places. I highly recommend this dispensary to everyone. I like the low key atmosphere, felt very comfortable and felt bud tender very knowledgeable about product. Only negative is the menu shows $5 pre roll but didn’t have it. Menu needs upgrade. Other than that I have no complaints and am very happy to have found this dispensary and will be back. Thank you Leafly.

Great environment placed an order online and called to verify. Once I arrived there was a lot of parking and there was security at the front entrance. The lady was nice when she helped me with the online order and it was a great deal getting the RS1000 vaporizer and NY Zoo for a first time gift too!

My first visit was yesterday and I was impressed. The lobby was nice, clean and spacious and the workers were welcoming at first encounter. When I went to the back, Katherine, my bud tender was super nice and very knowledgeable about the product. She was great in helping me make a decision on my purchases and I love everything that I bought! I’ll def be back!

Very friendly kool budtenders here. Decent buys at good prices. Unlike other dispensaries this one is legitimate. Never had a problem with my buys.
