Josiah went above and beyond to help me place an order for seeds, hunting them down and then calling me back to let me know what was available. Give Josiah a raise! Great experience I've only been there twice but I've enjoyed it much more than going to sparc. Workers are very kind and will help you find what you want and will tell you the best things they got. I was given a tour my first time which is more than sparc has ever done. It's truly a business that cares about it's customers.

These guys are incredible, truly the best customer service I've had in 20 years. There was a issue outside of their control and I reached out about it. That same day, I get a call that leads to the manager Toby. Both he and the customer service rep were wonderful. Toby was SO phenomenally kind, funny, genuine and knowledgeable it blew me away. He made things more than right and was generous beyond what I've ever experienced. He offered me great advice and expanded my knowledge of the products too, using his own personal experience to connect with me. So honestly, this is the only dispensary I'll be using moving forward.
