Been there 2Xs so far and both times I had a EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!!! Great staff, Great price, product, blah blah blah. Oh yea, they even give you CANDY!! Candy bowls all over the shop! It’s the place to shop!

I bought the infused hot cocoa and after trying to follow the instructions on the bag for at least 10min. I got frustrated and cut it open and when I tried to transfer it to another container I managed to spill a good amount I couldn't save. When I reached out to BR I heard back within 24hrs and received a phone call soon after. Kathy from marketing not only gave me my money back, but she also threw in some merch!! I am so impressed with the speedy customer service!! Thank you for a very positive experience!!

As a medical customer, I've been to many other dispensaries in a wide area, checking them out. Berkshire Roots is by far the best of all those I've been to. Great specials and benefits for people with a state Patient ID. Always a fast track line for medical people so you don't have to wait if it's busy. (Not sure what the other reviewers were doing, maybe they missed the Medical Aisle sign?) Will always be back again, won't bother with anywhere else. Always great selections at reasonable prices and often have good specials and discounts as well, and a good atmosphere. Always a very nice experience.

THE PLACE TO SHOP!! This dispensary consistently has the best pricing in Western Mass!! Deals like no other! Everyone is nice and the staff is respectful! I only wish it was in Westfield. Definitely worth the extra 15 minute drive to get an OZ and stock up!

Jim buddy’s is a great small business. I have gone in for a number of different products since they opened and never had a bad experience. Everyone is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the items they carry. If you ask for their opinion you get an honest answer. They have a wide selection of products for nicotine, flower, and concentrate including the nicotine, flower and concentrate itself. The prices are competitive and this is one of very few stores I prefer to go to in person over online but you can also order online but you will be missing out on the friendly informative staff. I absolutely recommend this to everyone it’s where my dad and boyfriend go for their vaping needs.

The vibe is great,however please fill the bags for the same price . Many of our fellow citizens and friends do not have the means to enjoy such a fine products and that is against everything cannabis is about .. given to those who deserve a break and wonderful people. Ana was so very kind and helpful, and assisted me with getting the most out of my rewards, rather than wasting a single dollar of it! My favorite local dispensary! The staff is super friendly, and generous with their time and knowledge. The prices are pretty great, and I love the Jack’s Pack where you get 3-1g prerolls for $20. Super convenient and affordable! The location is very accessible with tons of free parking. I always take my ESA, Bubba, with me and he’s always met with kindness and treats. Overall, this is just a low key and quality dispensary with kind, passionate folks doing their best work. I really appreciate them.
