Everyone at this location is awesome! The security guy Dave is amazing! He remembers who I am and is so warm and welcoming every visit. I look forward to our small chats every visit! The check in staff always greet me with a smile. The bud tenders are all phenomenal too! Super friendly, patient and take their time answering my questions and offering suggestions so that I can get products that meet my specific needs! I exclusively visit this dispensary over the other options. Totally worth the 45 minute ride!

i’m a regular here, and i couldn’t dream about going anywhere else. even if you can’t find what you’re looking for on the menu, the staff and atmosphere will keep you coming back, it feels almost like a family there. they remember me and my caregiver every week, the staff is beyond kind and sincere, and it’s always clean inside with the COMFIEST chairs!!! this was my first dispensary i went to, and i know i’ll be coming back for years !!!

Ethos has the best selection and prices of any of the dispensaries in the area by far! All of the terpene profiles are listed so you can fully understand what you’re buying! They’re also so incredibly nice at the counter! The other day, I was a dollar short, and they let it slide, which I thought was extremely nice of them! I’m in there all the time, and I’ve never had an unpleasant experience. I’ve never had to wait for more than 10 minutes in the waiting room either. This place is my favorite dispensary hands-down!

Been to a Dozen shops in Phila. and this Zen has had the best prices and the most knowledgeable and friendly staff which to help you make the right decisions on what to get . As my biggest grip with this industry is so many other shops feel like your intruding on their private social club . Making the correct choice on very expensive product to treat my illnesses is my main concern as I was never a smoker and only got the card at my doctor advice and pushing it at every visit replace all the very harmful medications I was on and never been happier living side effect free.

Loyalty card that knocks off 10 percent after your 10th $50 or more purchase. Friendly staff, good selection. Recreational prices are much steeper than medical but in the Cooperstown, Delhi, Oneonta region, it's your best bet.

Staff are friendly, courteous and are always willing to talk with you about products and continue to be knowledgeable about their craft! Their products are potent and consistently great too!

I need to locate a certain strain - Green Crack, because it helps with the agony I have in my right hip from a major car accident in 2016. As the strain has been renamed, only this location has been able to get it under the name Passion Fruit. Close enough, and even on Pastrainfinder it is not listed. You need to check the menu to find it, and the staff here were exceptionally helpful. The quiet and individual attention to detail makes this location above the rest in this area. If you can find it, they have it, and usually at a better price. Good parking and well maintained. Only complaint is they are closed by 7pm, and most are open until 8PM. It is worth the schlep...

Trulieve stands out to me as one of the greatest dispensaries I've visited in a very, very long time. The customer service is AMAZING! All of the workers are super polite & enthusiastic every single time. Always smiling & ready to provide excellent customer service. Not to mention they have the best strains I've ever tried. LOVE this place!! Today was the anniversary of their opening. We go almost every Friday, but we're very happy the anniversary party landed today. The BVC boothe was amazing. One of their amazing staff designed stickers for different strains. Other amazing staff set up a make your own tie-dye shirt area, with BVC T's of course. The best part is the staff cares about you!!..Us, everyone...they want to help you out whether you are looking for a relaxing smoke or you need it for medical use. Blackstone literally changed my life for the better when I found them, I hope you all find them too! Thanks to the fantastic humans that are involved from start to finish at Blackstone Valley.
