One of, maybe even, the best dispensaries on the East. Great & helpful staff who truly go out their way to assist.

I stopped at Route 17 and visited Knotweed Farm — honestly, one of the coolest hidden gems I’ve found recently. It has a relaxed farm stand vibe with original artwork on the walls and a creatively arranged setup. The dispensary is connected to a fly shop and gift shop, which might seem odd but actually works really well. . The staff was friendly, the space is lovely, and it’s exactly the kind of place where you’d want to stay a while. Definitely worth detouring from the highway.

I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone that’s looking for a wonderful dispensary that has a great selection to choose from,great prices, and the staff is absolutely wonderful,and you feel very comfortable there,which is great!! Dispensary is very busy, speed it up with medical card. Has drive thru for preorders. Selection at GW is incredible. Good place to buy hard to find cannabis and related tech.

This is only my second time at clevelands Terrsana but everyone is very nice and the place is very clean and the products have been good. 6 months ago my cart had gotten stolen while was at a friends halloween party , when i had showed up to her house got out of my car it was there in the grass dirty but the oil was still clean the inside was not dirty and it still worked still charged everything it survived 6 months on rain and snow i didn’t expect to work i HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place

Most helpful budtenders in York. They’re aware of the very basic info as well as detailed data Re strains. Pricing best in town. Best sales in town. Great rewards program. Choice number 1 for me. Also, deepest and widest selection of Cresco product - C is my fav grower in PA. A+
