they do good business In and out if you need to be, but traditionally welcoming environment if you haven't a clue your freedom to make an informed decision is more to less, respected and won't directly inconvenience anybody like you know you've delt with at other dispensaries that who's name I will not mention.

Very clean and professional store. The customer service was friendly and welcoming. The selection of Smokiez was the best I've seen yet compared to other stores. Definitely will be returning.

When I used to live in Alameda, this would be my go to shop. Super friendly staff, great service and knowledge of everything on display. Anytime I head back to Alameda, I’ll be stopping here for sure. And their merch is super cute

Wow, wow, wow! D’Ann went above and beyond to help me out. Even though Elevated didn’t have my strain, they made sure I didn’t walk away unhappy. This level of friendly service is simply unmatched anywhere else in the bay. Highly recommend, especially if D’Ann is behind the counter!

I fully appreciate the family-owned and grown aspect, as well as the family and friends-of working vibe. Every individual that has assisted me there has been incredibly personable, knowledgeable, discreet regarding patron health, and compassionate in their interactions. So happy I stumbled into such a marvelous space. If you're looking for a shop that can fulfill most all your need??? Then you to make this place your primary shop. I've shopped from Medford to Portland and they compete with most of the large stores. They have a large selection of most anything you could want. Want pre-rolls??? This is the ONLY store that has packs of pre-rolls instead of individual joints. Great shop guys. I'll definitely be back.

Bud tenders are all knowledgeable and helpful. Owner knows his shit an is pretty cool to boot. They always have a good supply of any different kind you want. Ie: dabs, flower, edibles. Good prices good people. Go there!

I love this place. All the employees I've encountered since I started coming here over a year ago have been fantastic. They know their products well and show fantastic customer service.
