Incredibly friendly staff, and a wealth of information and knowledge. I have no reason to shop at another dispensary ever again.

It was my first time shopping at this little shop, I will be going back soon. The atmosphere of the shop is very chill and lively. The selection of flower is pretty good. The overall service, I personally wouldn't give them just 5 stars, 5 stars seems like too low of a score. This crew went above and beyond not just in asking but also listening. Yes, I will be heading to Madrid again soon! It's worth the drive!

I just finished speaking with Cal over the phone, for help finding just the right product again. I don't live close enough to just pop in, so I end up calling as needed, then having a friend pick it up. He was so patient, knowledgable, and helpful in choosing something specific for us. I liked the quality of the strain, I purchased Biscotti big bugs that were dense, sticky, and potent. If you haven't shopped here, you're missing out on potent smoke.

Best I have found so far, as I have tried about 15 in the last 3 years. Selection; superb, huge. Prices; on the high side, but they have some specials going on daily. Staff; informed, knowledgeable, nice. Atmosphere; good vibes all around.

Always a great experience when I come to this place! they always have a deal no matter what day I walk in. Great product availability, their in house Canabotanica brand has some good flower.

As soon as I walked in the door, everyone was kind. I felt like they were actually happy to see me. It was really cool. The bud tender helped me pick out a plant and told me how to transplant it and care for it. I’m def going back here to finish my Xmas shopping. Everyone is getting a plant for Xmas.

I’m someone who likes consistency so when I find what I like I stick to it. This was a pleasant experience & I will definitely shop with them again.
