Just had my second experience with this business after I said I wouldn't and I'm very happy about how it all turned out. I wasn't happy with a product and Jolene wanted to make sure she made it right with me even if it meant driving another 150 miles.....thank you! I overreacting and If anything I'm guilty of being a bit harsh and quick too judge and my sincerest apology. Customer service was and is excellent and would definitely do business with them again.

Every time we have shopped here. Everything was fantastic quality with an fair and affordable price. Great knowledgeable and friendly staff! The place was nicely set up and what may appear to be a smaller space definitely was packed full of varieties and options for everyone!! And any time we got clones there. They were all quite healthy that ended up doing very well! Plus they had a strain selection unlike most too! A wonderful little family medicine shop for sure!!

She was so helpful and knowledgeable in helping us with our purchase and made everything so easy.. Berkshire Roots is hands down the best dispensary in town. This was my first time to MedMen and I have to say I'm really impressed. I had an ordering snafu before closing and thought I wouldn't make it in time, but Colton got me in and got my order sorted out before they closed! Particularly appreciate the Specials, which as a Medical Patient, give me considerable savings. What I love about dispensaries is the customer care. The knowledge, openness, experience… I just love budtenders. I do have my favorite. Doobie delivery. I met Angie because I’m a disabled veteran. They don’t have that discount available so she added the percentage anyway with some computer voodoo. It is her passion… what can I say? She repent a great deal of time figuring it out. And when we spoke I detected her determination and compassion. Her voice is kind and lively. It’s like we have known each other since childhood. I kid you not. She had me laughing so much. She is so honest it’s delightful and I hung up feeling happy, like Angie.s voice. Thank you so much. And I call there first if I need information because Angie does her homework despite the 20 years of experience. Because she uses a personal approach. Triple chocolate cookie live rosin was great. Coming from VT where concentrates are capped at 60% it was nice to get some dank. Nice atmosphere and budtender was kind and I didn’t feel rushed.
