Our Aurora Indica shares its name with a famous animated princess who won’t wake up, although we tend to think if she’d enjoyed some Aurora before her long slumber it would have been even more restful and relaxing. With THC levels in the low to mid 30% range, Aurora is a strong and relaxing strain that can help if you have inflammation, insomnia or a deep need to chill. Its dominant terpenes give it an earthy, pine forest aroma with a subtle note of citrus. Crisp and refreshing, like waking up after a long nap.

Pulse Storm is an indica-leaning hybrid that crosses cannabis-cup winner Girl Scout Cookies with Fruity Pebbles. And while those two sometimes celebrated foods don’t mix together that well, the strains that stole their names definitely do. The dominant terpenes bring a sweet, berry-forward taste. Dense, frosty-green, purple-tipped buds offer up a smooth smoke that brings a happy, euphoric high. The perfect way to recover from a stressful day, or wind down after a not at all stressful one.

Atmospherically speaking, a “fire rainbow” is not a rainbow that is particularly “fire” to use the modern slang. It’s actually a rainbow created by ice suspended in the atmosphere, which when you think about it, is pretty fire. Speaking of things that are fire, our Fire Rainbow Sativa is a smooth and tasty strain that’s bright, upbeat, energetic, and fun. Kind of like if you rolled up a rainbow and lit it on fire, which is yet another example of a so-called fire rainbow, although maybe an overly literal one.

While the name Planetary Wave may sound like an indie rock band that peaked in 2008, it’s actually a strong and euphoric Indica with a deeply relaxing finish. It has a bright, berry fruit flavor that pairs strong flavors of cherry and blueberry with a hint of cake, by which we mean the baked dessert not the indie rock band that also peaked years ago.

Planetary Wave

During a lunar eclipse the moon can sometimes have an orange or tangerine color, which is a nice coincidence considering our indica Lunar Eclipse pairs earthy notes of clove and anise, with a tangerine-orange finish. A strong but not sleepy indica, it’s a strain that’s equal parts relaxing and inspiring, which is how we tend to feel about eclipses on those rare occasions when they happen.

Lunar Eclipse

Our Nautical Twilight Indica is a wonderfully chill strain, a great way to bridge the gap between day and night, which is not that different from how sailors describe the momentary phenomenon of Nautical Twilight, a time when you can navigate by the stars and also still see the horizon of the sea. We’re not sure a deeply relaxing Indica is the best thing to enjoy right before navigating a sea-faring vessel by the stars, but it’s pretty great if you’re going to sit on the couch and imagine it or watch a movie where someone else does that. A nice grape flavor with notes of warm vanilla makes for a taste that’s almost as enjoyable as the effect.

Nautical Twilight

Steam Devil may sound like the name of a high-powered vacuum, but in reality it’s a high-powered Sativa. Bright green with hints of purple and blue, Steam Devil has a sweet, diesel-like aroma that will grab your nose the second you crack the tin. In addition to being known for its punchy and pungent scent, it’s known for a strong, clear high. Good for social gatherings and getting things done, like vacuuming.

Honestly, natural phenomena aside, given how sunny the experience is, and given that it’s already become a pillar of our smoking rotation, “Sun Pillar” might be the most literally named strain we’ve put out so far. Also, as a cross between Cookies & Cream and Purple Punch, this strain manages to stay super mellow and fun, even at its most uplifting and energetic.

Our Azores High provides a strong, potent, almost tingly sativa high that will help you forget how hard it is to pronounce the word “Azores”. This highly enjoyable, and highly tasty sativa is a cross between Animal Cookies and Tangie. It has a sweet, cookie flavor with hints of bright orange. The kind of flavor that would make even the toughest British baking judge say “the flavors are there.”

Strawberry Moon's buds are dense, dark green, and coated in fuzzy purple trichomes.  A cross between Old Family Purple and Merlot OG, our Strawberry Moon is a highly-relaxing indica. We were also going to describe it as “earthy” but given the name it makes more sense to say it’s “moony.”

The “polar highs” refer to areas of high atmospheric pressure, but this is decidedly not a high-pressure Indica. If anything, this tasty and tingly strain is heavily relaxing and will ease you into a state of deep and comforting relaxation…like a warm THC blanket that goes very well with the actual warm blankets on your bed or couch.

Polar High

Dogs often like to find a sunny spot in the room to take a nap in, but our Sun Dog is definitely not a sleepy strain. This Sativa is uplifting and social, not unlike a dog after the aforementioned nap in the sun, or pretty much any time. A cross between Nepali OG x Appalachia, it combines a bright and earthy nose with a creamy finish, which doesn’t really have anything to do with dogs but does make for a uniquely strong experience.

Not unlike the radioactive solar flares emitted from our nearest star, this bright and buoyant sativa brings plenty of upbeat energy. Bright orange hairs give it more color depth than most green strains, and give it a tint reminiscent of the yellow dwarf star roughly 4.5 billion miles away from us. The cinnamon spice scent doesn’t really have anything in common with the sun, although we’ve never smelled a star, so maybe?
