Tracey was very patient and helpful. Her coworker was very nice also. I had been curious about going and did not feel like getting dressed today due to the tropical storm and felt kind of stupid NOT being dressed or having my hair and makeup done, but they did not treat me any differently than any other customer that would have been all dressed up and that made me feel just as confident and not anxious as I had been walking in the doors!

Great selection and often the flower is more fresh than other dispensaries I’ve been too.

Went in today before the store closing early, because of Hurricane Helene, staff was so helpful. Eli went above and beyond assisting with my order, he is knowledgeable about the products and was able to help me select the best products within my budget. Eli and Juan Carlos were working when I went in and both staff members were very friendly and wished patients to stay safe during storm.

When you go there, make sure to ask for Jarin, one of the managers for this store. All the people are very friendly and knowledgeable. Tell them what you want and they'll do their best to get what you need. They always have different sales going on and I get a text message whenever the sale items change. This last time both my son and I got 60% off everything because it was our third time in the store. They also have other discounts, like a 25% veterans discount.

I have to say, I have been to a lot of dispensaries across this country and 315 Primo in Branson West is my absolute favorite place! Not only do they have great prices, their staff is unbeatable! Everyone I've ever encountered there is amazing, they're always smiling, I've never had anyone have an attitude, it's a great environment, great people, great products! Staff is knowledgeable about product availability, strain information & lineage & they're honest with you about what they like and don't. When you have an environment like they do, it's easy to drive the extra 40 minutes to spend your money where the business is exceptional & so are the people! You know who you are! They have the highest quality and highest potency Marijauna that I have come across! They were highly recommended by a friend and patient of theres which is why I went there first! Boy am I happy I did! I have to say my friend has really good taste! I have had my card for two days and within the two days I have had it! I have visited Curaleaf, Fluent, and Trulieve! Out of all of those MUV reminds me of the extremely high quality buds that I saw out in Las Vegas in 2018! Which still happens to be the bar all other Marijauna has been judged against! The Colorado Durban is killer!

I can't begin to express how much I really appreciate that we have a Trulieve in Dunedin. But that's just one of the many reasons for this review. The service is perfect...every visit, as well as the quality of products and professionalism. I just hope they keep the current cycle of staff, here...in Dunedin. Kia is an absolute star and her coworkers as well. Her [Kia] expertise, proficiency about products and effects, made me feel so at ease, and she caps it all of that, with a wonderful smile. Such a pleasure to patron there.

Listen. First off I have to commend the staff and experience. It would be best to look at their menu before going. They offer a 3× no expiration discount. Being courteous is a two way street. With that said. They are new. 4 Florida stores. Walking in I was greeted and immediately felt no pressure. I was thoroughly explained the discounts and was literally in shock at my final total. I researched and was not disappointed with their selection at all. I will absolutely make the trip weekly. Check em out . Make them known so they grow. It's Tru what they say. This is by far my favorite trulieve location the entire staff is super cool. Zach has an awesome sense of knowledge on all the products available at trulieve as well as giving info on upcoming sales.

Until today I have always used their delivery option (which is outstanding since they accurately give short window times and call before delivery). Today though, was the first time I purchased in store. I was served by Bianca. I don't have enough space to write the glowing review she truly deserves but I honestly don't think I have received better service in any retail location for any product. She definitely left a positive impression that I won't soon forget. I hope management comes to realize that her potential is being underutilized, and that she will drive success and prosperity to the company. Thank you Trulieve and Bianca!

What an amazing store, the budtenders name was Alexa and treated me so well and told me everything I needed to know about the buds I had acquired and overall gave me a well based experience at a dispensary. I would recommend this place to my friends, family, and even my co-workers. Definitely will be making my way back around!
