Been coming here regularly for almost four years. When I moved here, I tried every dispensary in town. It didn't take me long at all to choose Lume as my favorite in the area. I've never had a poor experience, whether I shop in store or place an online order they always have what I'm looking for and the order is correct. Many employees recognize me and call me by name, that goes a long way toward creating a comfortable yet professional atmosphere. I never get the hard sell here! First time visiting, awesome atmosphere, right at the start the women checking IDs was so nice and friendly. signed us up for rewards, the budtender was super knowledgeable and answered all my questions and dealt with all my inquiries with a smile on his face.

I've been a client here pretty much since they started. I must say and this is commimg from a 25 year smoker and many many diff dispensarys. But that woman is by far one of the best there is. Absolutely love this place, they know just what I want with a few descriptive words of what I’d like. The girl with the purple hair is particularly kind. I have anxiety issues and when I walk in she is calming and I’m glad to be there.
