The store is beautiful. The products I found are quality, displays are in inviting . I’ve been in this store three times. Myself and the same friend, both of us found the one Bud Tender ( male, long hair, glasses) is always sarcastic and this last time very rude to my friend. I refuse to have him help me . Next time I will call him out. Younger gentleman with blonde hair, glasses is very knowledgable and friendly.

Hands down the best dispensary in the area, and best dispensary I’ve ever been too. It’s a cozy atmosphere, and the employees are nothing short of amazing. Truly a kind, and caring bunch who always ask how we are doing, asks how my family is doing, and it’s genuine. The products and prices are good, and I’ve never been disappointed. This place is beautiful. I mean it. Not only is it stuffed full of amazing products at really good prices, but it is covered in a literal jungle of plants. Every time I have come into this store, there is good music playing. And the budtenders are very knowledgeable and kind. Best customer service at a pot shop I've ever had.

I’ve been going to Canna Junction now for two years, I moved to Susanville in July of 2022 and the first time I went I actually walk there I lived on 4th street at the time ( just a few blocks from the now closed Rite-Aid. It was a long but productive walk, I walked over 10,000 steps that day. I’ve never been treated wrong in fact it’s just the opposite, I always have a smile on my face and a cheerful attitude, sure I’ve had times where they didn’t have any of my preference of choice, I’m a big fan of the ABX for my vape, I just get another brand instead because I don’t live on 4th street anymore and I don’t drive. My SIL takes me now and I get enough to last me a month. The staff has been nothing but kind, courteous, supportive, helpful, humble and honest people.

As an Account Manager for Mammoth Distribution, I get to stop into Redwood all the time! They are always happily serving the community, and their flower selection never gets skimpy! Its a great place to be able to get the classic brands, and also some smaller local products! I love shopping here, and working with them professionally! The budtenders are all friends with the customers, and they have some amazing loyal fans of the shop! Stop in on your way up the 101! I love this place...77 yr old woman--- quality of herb has greatly changed from the hippy days. I recently fell victim to essential tremors and I have found that the edibles with cbd cbn and thc give me serious relief in the evening and much needed sleep. I have found the staff is very knowledgeable and works with me on making sure they have the products that help. I feel good about their expertise and am thankful to have them enlighten me with todays marijuana

Excellent service and INCREDIBLE ETHICS! Recently when paying I shoved my $ in my pocket. 2 days AFTER I realized I was short 2-$100's I lost that day. Then AFTER 2 more days they called asking if I'd lost something. After much reviewing of video they concluded the 200 they found was mine!!! ELEVATION ROCKS!!!!!
