Most of the people are friendly and helpful however… Occasionally, I have found a condescending less than polite individual. Generally, a very nice place.
I got what I ask for with no problems , nice services
Only legal store in Kern County! Check this place out if you want tested products and great customer service. I'll be back!
Great environment, everyone who worked there was so kind and seemed to genuinely enjoy their job. The doorman was friendly and told me exactly what to expect as a first time customer. The budtender who assisted me, Marcus, took the time to listen to my needs and educated me on the products I was interested in— not only on the effects, but differences in ingredients and how the were made. He made recommendations in every price range, he stepped away to let me browse the store alone and happily stepped in when I had any questions. From overhearing other conversations, all the budtenders seemed extremely knowledgeable and all had meaningful conversations with customers— not just sales pitches. It was refreshing and I will be back!
Really great visit - staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. Special shout outs to Jess the bud tender who knew her products and had a couple of great recommendations
Everyone here is super friendly and they’ll work with you to find exactly what you’re looking for. What I like most is that once you find what you want it’s easy to get in and out once they know you’re regular.
Excellent dispensary. Very professionally run, consistent customer experience makes it pleasant coming here. The budtenders were patient and created a no-pressure experience, and their prices are super competitive! The shop is clean, organized, and has a great selection. I always look forward to my visits here. Best place in LA 100% Do you work with USDT?
First time in! This place has lots of options at a reasonable price. The staff was welcoming and helped me navigate their extensive selection. The prices are fair, and the quality is outstanding. Would definitely recommend 10/10! Tell me, is it possible to pay with Bitcoin?
Big quality, small footprint. This is hands-down the most charming dispensary in the area. Fantastic selection, expert staff, and a vibe that makes you want to hang out. A true 'quality over quantity' shop.
The product is great the service is good and I though the staff were very respectful
Amazing local dispo! Love these people they are always extremely friendly and professional.
great service & best of top quality product!!!!will always love to order more
Tried Black Maple CAT4 rosin from Catalyst and was pleasantly surprised by the overall quality. The texture was enjoyable, the flavor came through nicely, and the overall experience made it a solid option for me. I’d be interested in trying other CAT4 strains to see how they compare.
Alex was a great help !!!! I’d recommend this place to a friend and fellow smokers.
Great environment placed an order online and called to verify. Once I arrived there was a lot of parking and there was security at the front entrance. The lady was nice when she helped me with the online order and it was a great deal getting the RS1000 vaporizer and NY Zoo for a first time gift too!
Great live resin carts; they are fire! No clogging or leaking.
HUGE PROPS TO THIS DISPENSARY! BIGGEST SHOUTOUT TO GIRLBOSS KAT. Had a mishap with a product, typically you would reach out to the brand and the brand will be happy to help and dispensaries do not really like to help. The experience I had today was the exact opposite!! The brand Turn was very stand offish not admitting or apologizing for manufacturer problems BUT the dispensary really stepped out and went above and beyond to help me get what I paid for. I really appreciate the connection with the community from the dispensary. Because of this really positive experience I will be back!!!! KAT IS GREAT!
My delivery guy I have had both times now is such a good vibed human being and I don’t even know his name. Great great service if nothing else this guy is the reason I will come back religiously.
