Been to many dispensaries as a medical patient before and after legalization. This place is the best, most consistent dispensary. Best prices - price online is what you pay. Friendly and knowledgeable budtenders, and the Security guys are nice too!

I’ve been using The Velvet Fog Cannabis delivery service whenever I’m on the hunt for Cookies! They consistently have a great selection, and Cookies is always my go-to brand. Today, I was excited to see three new strains I hadn’t tried before. Ordering was smooth, and I appreciated the generous discounts based on how much you spend—it really adds value to the experience! However, when my order arrived, I noticed one product was missing from the packaging. I reached out to Velvet Fog, and they were incredibly helpful. This might be the best dispensary in the east bay. Prices are nearly half compared to other places for the same product. Black owned business. Super nice and friendly staff. Just excellent all around :)

I've been an Eaze customer since 2017, and definitely think their service is at the top of its game right now. They have the best selection on their menus, and do same-day delivery - usually under 90 minutes in my experience. I always go back to Eaze because I know they are a legal service providing safe / legal products. (Be wary of any companies that aren't charging a high tax rate, they are not operating legally...)

This place has some of the best products around.. I always pickup a few gs of wax and some sativa flowers. Never disappointed, 10/10 would highly recommend this spot. Hopefully see them left coast extracts pods in stock soon.

These guys are incredible, truly the best customer service I've had in 20 years. There was a issue outside of their control and I reached out about it. That same day, I get a call that leads to the manager Toby. Both he and the customer service rep were wonderful. Toby was SO phenomenally kind, funny, genuine and knowledgeable it blew me away. He made things more than right and was generous beyond what I've ever experienced. He offered me great advice and expanded my knowledge of the products too, using his own personal experience to connect with me. So honestly, this is the only dispensary I'll be using moving forward.
