The staff is so great! They are friendly and efficient at taking and delivering orders. I've never had any issues. The prices are so good and they always have a great sale going on. They keep my favorite products in stock so I never have to go anywhere else!

I'm giving high stars because I'm satisfied with my product and service, but for the product "slow" sublingual listed on Leafly as 90mg thc and cbd for 7.99, it's actually a 15mg (0.17 fl oz) bottle. I don't think I was intentionally mislead, but that needs to be adjusted! All the same, fast and easy, good products, great staff. Right by UC Davis hospital and the 50 in terms of location.

This is by far the best place I've been to so far in the area. The shopping experience is one of the best I've been to. A lot of choices to choose from for your needs. I researched strains that are compatible for my needs. They had one strain that I knew I have used before in the form I was looking for, that meets compatibility for me and the other strain in the same form that I could try for a bargain price, to make sure it's what I could tolerate. Amazing set up on the way they allow you to shop and pick what works for you. Definitely my number 1 go to thus far.

I received a delivery today from the Re Up. My driver Nikki was great. I got a heads uo she would be arriving earky in my 2 jour delivery window. Milli was very pleasant despite the heat !!! I live remotely in the Sierra foothills so i greatly appreciated the pleasant delivery in the heat ! Ì

I fell in love with the flavor of cherry gelato. It's a fruity, daytime, delight that doesn't hit you too hard to keep going. I'd say it even tastes better than normal cherry gelato. Top notch experience, got our order to us in 20 minutes. More people need to give these folks a chance. They're sweethearts.

I had to switch numbers and I was told by another dispo in town that because my phone number was attached to my rewards, I had to spend all my rewards because they couldn’t transfer my points to the new number. I went to Zen and they requested the rewards transfer and it will be done in 24 hours! I almost never write reviews but the service I’ve had at zen is amazing and I’m very thankful for their help.

The store is clean and well organized with a lot of display counters and have a good variety of brands, strains and equipment. The staff is always kind and informative whenever I had questions. The the parking lot can get busy but that's pretty common.

Just stopped in last week after work, and Aaron totally hooked me up with the chillest strains and really turned my night around. Cool lil' dispo not far from Downtown Glendale. Great product selection and the staff was rad. It was a nice surprise walking in and seeing a small grow op happening behind a glass wall in the showroom.
