Thank you to the amazing staff at the Okeechobee store. You guys are amazing. You make it look seemless and effortless. You always wear a smile no matter what is going on. We didn't feel the shortage of Mini's as much as all the other stores because Sabi took care of us. She went thru hell and high heaven by reaching out to the Managers of the Suppliers. We don't feel a lot because of Sabi and her incredible staff. Savannah thank you for your beautiful smile and always being attentive to everyone. Lauryn, thank you for being simply awesome. You need a paid day off from Sabi. Honey, go home at least one day a week. lol Christina thank you, Chris you are amazing. I can not thank you enough for all you do. Your store is impeccable. I just bought one of the 510 battery for my vape cartridge and I can't use the charger that came with it. The plug in won't stay in the battery. Why is this happening?

I bought the Pai Gow Punch Nectar Cured Resin Cart in 0.5 g. This is a hybrid strain sitting at 75.3% THC. This is a really good cart for the day time, it eases my anxiety and helps me relax, but also uplifting and energizing. It's definitely tastes more like weed, but it's still delicious.

This is my favorite dispensary & not just because it’s the closest. The staff is great!! Prices are great!! They are the fastest with filling online & getting their patients in & out.

Taylor and the entire team took such good care of me and being new to Florida from California it helped to get tips on staying safe. Loved the inside of this shop and out of them all in PCB this is my new fav spot. Taylor rules too. She’s funny and so knowledgeable. Planet13 was my first dispensary experience in FL. I come from another state with access to rec and med. Idk what these other reviews are talking about, bc I had a great experience! Staff was awesome, chatted me up about FL regs and new customer need to know info. Gave solid responses when asked about respective strains and product, everyone was on their A-game. A "pharmacist" or what I refer to colloquially as an Old Head came to the desk after I purchased a d reminded the cashier about the First Timer discount which made my purchase much less than I anticipated. I left feeling very supported and excited, will definitely return. Product is also tested and approved... by me.
