I just luv these guys I been shopping here for a few years now. These guys can answer any questions you have about product. The store is always clean an neat and always greeted with a smile. You can tell these guys must just luv their jobs cause no body smiles like that if not.

LG & the staff at FORT PIERCE.. are 1 of kind .. human kind .. be kind .. kindness !! They are 4sho my " kind" of ppl .. every experience is full of knowledge & honest joy .. not only do I feel better leavin' with all I need & the best deals & rewards ..I enjoy comin' in & dealin' with ppl who have customer service skills that Abso-fuckin'-lutely deserve mention ... this is a kick ass staff of individuals..

Gave me information to review about their products and services. My purchases were high quality and will definitely do business again.

This place is awesome! From the moment I walked in, Mike was a true bud tender, like he knew what I needed. He really hustled to get me into the system and get me some medicine. As a new patient, this was taking way too long at another place. Even though Surterra is getting remolded and a bit of a mess. Mike and the other employees were getting people served with purpose. Planet13 was my first dispensary experience in FL. I come from another state with access to rec and med. Idk what these other reviews are talking about, bc I had a great experience! Staff was awesome, chatted me up about FL regs and new customer need to know info. Gave solid responses when asked about respective strains and product, everyone was on their A-game. A "pharmacist" or what I refer to colloquially as an Old Head came to the desk after I purchased a d reminded the cashier about the First Timer discount which made my purchase much less than I anticipated. I left feeling very supported and excited, will definitely return. Product is also tested and approved... by me.

This store has such a happy positive vibe! The products are solid and staff is fire. Im enjoying the blue berry waffle bud I got a few weeks ago tonight. I saw a sour review a few days ago but I really can’t imagine that place or the staff being anything other than helpful and kind. Keep up the good work
