This is David Bruce Bennett, just wanted to say thank you so much Surterra, for having such wonderful products, and med tenders, I would like to thank, Makalia, Brad, Chris, Brittney, Kenneth, Tre, and others, as I will learn your names, also, anyway, I wanted to leave a tip, as they are working hard to keep us medicated, but did not see a tip jar, I would like this to change!!, this plant is one of the reasons I stay in this world, as I have a severe mental illness, bipolar 1, so please change this Surterra!! Great store. Great quality of products. Little more expensive than other dispensaries but worth it usually because of quality. Employees are always pretty nice. Only thing that’s not amazing is I’ve noticed it will take a minimum 20+mins to get checked in, seen and pickup your products. Opposed to other stores in town taking 5+ mins. However definitely recommend.

Love this store. Always quick in-and-out. Online ordering/pickup is easy and convenient. Employees are always friendly and have great knowledge about the different products. Price is the best in town as well. Hands down my favorite dispensary.

Thank you to the amazing staff at the Okeechobee store. You guys are amazing. You make it look seemless and effortless. You always wear a smile no matter what is going on. We didn't feel the shortage of Mini's as much as all the other stores because Sabi took care of us. She went thru hell and high heaven by reaching out to the Managers of the Suppliers. We don't feel a lot because of Sabi and her incredible staff. Savannah thank you for your beautiful smile and always being attentive to everyone. Lauryn, thank you for being simply awesome. Gave me information to review about their products and services. My purchases were high quality and will definitely do business again.

A fantastic budtender named Sofia Deer,Aassisted me, an old 69 yr old that couldn't get Can Pay right. She was extremely patient and wonderfully pleasant. You should be proud to have an employee like her. It's a reason I keep coming back. BRAVO Sophia!!

Planet13 was my first dispensary experience in FL. I come from another state with access to rec and med. Idk what these other reviews are talking about, bc I had a great experience! Staff was awesome, chatted me up about FL regs and new customer need to know info. Gave solid responses when asked about respective strains and product, everyone was on their A-game. A "pharmacist" or what I refer to colloquially as an Old Head came to the desk after I purchased a d reminded the cashier about the First Timer discount which made my purchase much less than I anticipated. I left feeling very supported and excited, will definitely return. Product is also tested and approved... by me.

Surterra has a clean, relaxed vibe and a welcoming atmosphere. The budtenders are always friendly and knowledgeable, and the products are consistently top quality. Their sales are great too. Boutique experience, so much better than the Big Box dispensaries.

They’re phenomenal. Great product, superior product and they have incredible customer service. They have a lot of product, so many strains, such a selection. Their product is also strong. The distillate is AWESOME.
