My name is Stephanie Wright and a retired Air Force Veteran. I had to start using medical cannabis due to PTSD. I did not know flavors, levels, sativa vs the other kinds. I walk into this dispensary in West Bradenton Florida and let me tell you they embrace me like I was family. That is why I continued to go to this location. Always warm, helpful, happy environment, and informative. I want to take a moment out to recognize these employees Katelynn Mitch Glenn For superior service every time I visit this location. They are happy, fun, very informative about alllll the products, gives advice, in which I taken, go beyond status quo to assist me, in my choices. Explain products to me very thorough. The store on Cortez in Bradenton is not the biggest, or the closest either. But it is the Very Best dispensary in this county. The staff are great, the ladies in the back… you know who I’m talking about ! So kind and friendly. Great product and amazing prices. Try them out, then go on out to the beach and enjoy.

I just luv these guys I been shopping here for a few years now. These guys can answer any questions you have about product. The store is always clean an neat and always greeted with a smile. You can tell these guys must just luv their jobs cause no body smiles like that if not.

This is the fastest dispensary in the area! You can get in and out quickly and the team works very well with the new manager Katie. I have been a customer for over two years and I know every person in the building. They have three very comfortable chairs/sofas. This place rocks!

This place is awesome! From the moment I walked in, Mike was a true bud tender, like he knew what I needed. He really hustled to get me into the system and get me some medicine. As a new patient, this was taking way too long at another place. Even though Surterra is getting remolded and a bit of a mess. Mike and the other employees were getting people served with purpose. Everytime I go there and have questions....I always ask to speak to Danielle....so knowledgeable about your product...and always so kind....I make it a point to talk to her because she always gives me what I need....I won't go anywhere else or speak to anyone else....she is truely remarkable

The staff are excellent and have a great knowledge base. They offer text alerts to stay updated on the daily sales. There are discounts daily and they offer a good veterans discount.

The medtenders and front desk host are very friendly and are willing to fit every need you could possibly have. Their products are by far the best I’ve had in my 3 years of being a patient. I highly recommend the new Keif that MUV released. It is very helpful when needing an extra kick for pain or sleep. Overall, beyond satisfactory.

Great customer service. They genuinely care and want to help you find the right solution for your condition. The stock here is better than most other shops. I drive here from NSB because Trulieve never has good stock.
