I shop here because of the crew and the welcoming environment. I have shopped here about 6 months and I'm happy with my favorite dispensary.

Xay is so patient i asked him a lot of questions and he still remained patient and professional and compassionate with me EVERYONE AT THIS LOCATION ARE NICE AND ITS LIKE BEING WITH FAMILY, i know i drive them all crazy and can be annoying BUT THEY STILL BE SUPER NICE AND COMPASSIONATE BECAUSE THEY UNDERSTAND MY ANXIETY I APPRECIATE THEM ALL AND XAY DENZEL AND JUST EVERYONE I CARE ABOUT

Absolutely wonderful costumer service! Deshaun, Von and Brandon were excellent! They all helped me by pointing in the right direction for exactly what I wanted and so knowledgeable about the products! First time shipping here and I’ll definitely be back soon.

Joshua helped me fill my prescription while I was evacuated from my hometown due to Hurricane Sally. It was my first time at curaleaf and I enjoyed my experience. I appreciated the care to compliance and making sure my order was exactly as I wanted it. I didn’t feel like the bud tender hovered over me, but was also available for my questions, while also providing a training experience for a fellow employee. Which, as someone in the industry and general experience training in those environments, is a multi tasking ability I really appreciate. I look forward to your Pensacola location opening.

I have only been there twice now and going to dispensaries is quite new to me,But from a new patients perspective they had wonderful welcoming service both visits I have had there so far, a relaxing atmosphere with the staff cracking a joke or two with the customers but still extremely professional at the same time. Their discounts are awesome and word of mouth in my home town is that they are the best. I will be going back.

I’ve been a loyal Cookies client since before they came to FL, and so glad they came to my neighborhood. Staff is super friendly, and they have pretty awesome specials going on all the time. Have had a lovely experience each time I’ve visited and flower has been top notch

Frankie is the best. Everytime I walk in this guy greets you with a smile, and is ready to help you with whatever you need. He’s also very knowledgeable about the product they carry and when, will be coming back!

I would like to compliment Shelby and Darian for their knowledge, professionalism, and great energy. it was my first time meeting them and I have to thank them for the positive experience. This location is often congested , however, I got lucky on this Thursday afternoon. I wouldn't hesitate in returning and asking for either of these individuals.

There high end FloraCal is some of the best buds in town, expense but always on sale and well worth the sale price,even their Floral smalls are just as good at half the price. My new favorite place .The Bud-Tenders make you feel like their your friend not just some A.H. customer like some place's DO !!!

I have a bad review before but I believe I was wrong for doing that. This is my favorite place to shop for stuff at where live. The staff is great and they do a great service.

Just picked up my 1st order from them today. Order was ready about an hour early. Pick up was quick, they even provided me with an ice bag for my concentrates. Relaxed , friendly atmosphere, they even have a pool table if the wait is long!

I like trulieve I used to go all the time and they were my neighborhood shop until I found a strain and a line at another dispensary that I found worked best for me. Medical marijuana isnt an exact science as is pharmaceutical. Everyone has a different reaction to every medication. For me a good dispensary is one with knowledgable staff that take their job seriously and actually try to help patients. I am one of the believers in pot can cure many ailments. I've seen it for myself with myself. I've managed to replace certain key pills with certain strain and specific delivery systems but the problem I run into is consistancy and stocking. But all and all trulieve has something for everyone.

This is our go to dispensary! The quality is always amazing and the bud tenders are wonderful! Wish express pickup was a bit more streamlined but otherwise perfection!

Loved my experience at Trulieve in Deerfield with Louis (Lu)! Every walk-in visit has been wonderful, honestly probably my #1 favorite place out of all the dispensary's. Super-friendly Staff! Terrific Service! The atmosphere was phenomenal. I was impressed with the wide Variety of Products to choose from all at reasonable Prices plus first few times include awesome Discounts. Lu is my go to person and I personally recommend him. He has guided me through every visit and answers all of my questions. He's very knowledgeable and has the best suggestions. He is attentive and friendly, while remaining efficient and professional. Lu made me feel at ease and doesn't create any pressure at all. I'm a very indecisive person so I struggle making a decision sometimes but Lu understood me and has the patience of a saint. Lu is amazing and so is the place so I will be coming back!!
