I have been loyally buying from Herbn Elements for 7 years because they have quality product, many natural and organic brands! They always staff kind and helpful budtenders, and always go above and beyond to give a wonderful customer service experience.

A gal with a similar name to me, maybe it was the same spelling or slightly different. was very helpful and knowledgeable. She tried to find the same strain I was used to, but ultimately I went with her dragon balm recommendation to alleviate the pain in my feet and back after a car accident. Sept. 13th, 2024

I enjoyed shopping and getting recommendations with tristan and anthony. Very cool staff and the prices and selection are very reasonable. 50% off on Fridays. This is my go to spot for my weekly needs.

they do good business In and out if you need to be, but traditionally welcoming environment if you haven't a clue your freedom to make an informed decision is more to less, respected and won't directly inconvenience anybody like you know you've delt with at other dispensaries that who's name I will not mention.

We loved the service we got in this store both of the ladies are so friendly helpful.They reccomend the High Dessert lotion for pain...It is amazing..we love this miracle product.So glad they told us about it.Got my pineapple express there also..man do i love that strain.....i will be back again and stay in Sumpter at the Stockade its really nice also.

The guys and gals at m thrive do well in taking care of their customers, locals and tourists alike. I'm in frequently and they always do what they can to accommodate my wishes and those around me any time I've ever been in. Never had a bad experience here. And they stay stocked better than the local grocery store does. All in all, fantastic local dispensary that I'm more than happy to take my business to, even if they developed local competitors it would take a lot to pull my business away. Very grateful to the hard working budtenders here.

I must say I've been a customer for over 2yrs and every time I've ordered, I've always been completely satisfied! Tumbleweed delivery never messed up my orders, were always quick and convenient. Their products have always met or exceded my expectations! Thease folks are good at what they do. I like feeling appreciated by peoole i do business with and they certainly do. Not sure of the gentlemans name, but he is always helpful, we kind of clashed the first time we met at the store, but since then he has always been extremely helpful and kind. I was in today around 2:00-2:30. He has earned his 5-star review.

I love this place it’s alway’s nice they have a drive through and now they have strawberry cheese cake and coffee best place ever so thankful for them there like family love the people love the professionalism love them! They are fucking rockstars also if you don’t have a lot of money they have great deal’s with a point system love that also! Like I said they are family thankful for them and there service!
