My wife and I stopped by JARS for the first time, and we had an awesome experience. Lydia J, our budtender, was super friendly and helpful. She took her time explaining everything and helped us pick out some great pre-rolls and hash rosin. The selection was solid, and Lydia’s recommendations were perfect for what we were looking for. My favorite dispo by far. Nice deals on nice product and terrific well informed staff. Every receipt has some kind of discount for the following week and the rewards points are nice as well. The two Jos are particularly nice and have turned me on to some fine stuff for pain and for sleep.

I’ve been coming to this Rise since legalization and wow what a change. The newly remodeled building is amazing. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Greg is the man! He knows everything. Always fun laughing with the people behind the counter too. Some funny ass mfers. Always a good experience here and their selection has drastically improved.

this location is much less intense than the others in the area. they still of course follow the security regulations, etc. but this location has great staff, and a great vibe. their point system is awesome, and they're great with their customers no matter who the employee is. their prices can't be beat either. keep up with the specials because I will keep returning if you do.

Aidan was excellent! He’s helped me before, & always puts me at ease. Everyone always has a smile when you walk in, & they are always helpful & are very knowledgeable about cannabis products. I’ve been back a number of times now, but I’m still a dummy when it comes to choosing the best strain & strength for my chronic pain. There’s a vast selection of items to choose from that are nicely displayed & you can always find a lots of items on sale. I highly recommend the Bourbonnais store when you’re in the the area!

this was my first visit to a dispensary and it was great! super chill and quiet, the staff member who helped us was SUPER kind and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions! definitely would recommend, and i’ll be visiting again :)
